I have learn on how to book trainings for internal employees e.g. lifting equipment licenses. we work very well with the colleagues they teach on how to do daily work. I enjoy to communicate with the employees and managers.

I would like to express my interest in applying for the position advertised.

I have the ability to multi task and I am well groomed, self motivated and I also have a very good verbal and written communication and I have the ability to work with different people with different personalities. A typical work day is month end time when every work done during the month need to be archived for that specific month such as reconciliation. .

Pros: I have learnet how to work with different people with different personalities.
Cons: Reconciliation and working on spread seheet.

Self development

Good training programs for interns, being a team player in every project outlined. Required to complete individual tasks given by the support manager. Great opportunity for IT interns, daily reports needed, innovation is required to enhance productivity of the IT environment.

Pros: Great opportunity for employment
Cons: none I can think of.

Tough industries

Tough to work here and no more challenges around here. U need to be strong to be on the same time.company looks after they employees different ways.

Excellent learning curve and gaining insight in the metal industry.

Experience at Scaw Metals Scaw metals was a great organization but the challenge I've faced was mostly on working with people who are resistance to change but the people there are willing to teach and learn a few new things. The overall experience was excellent and insightful. I enjoyed working with people from different backgrounds and seeing things in the same eye, they were accommodating and helpful in achieving some of the tasks completed.

Pros: Lack of growth and slow progress.
Cons: Long working hours and people who are not focussing on the same goal.
