Good company to work in,and working in a safe condition.Zero harm/injury per anum.
I was working as welder,sometimes I even do boilermakers jobs without complain.By so doing other jobs helped me to gain lot of experience.I even help the fitters if there is nothing to do. I was enjoying working with different people and different race,we were working like brothers and sisters. The other thing I'm going to miss is,zero harm/injury.We were practising safety always and help each other to avoid injury.
Pros: Gaining lot of experience,getting promotion,if you are permanent
Cons: We even work over time to finish the job.I was enjoying to be at work every day.The other thing,they didn't want late comer.

Excellent learning curve
Here in Scaw Metal Group we have good relationship with my team like we work together as equal, we listen to other stuff members suggestion in Oder to build our company. I've learnt more in Scaw Metal: presentation, communication skills, Time management, confidence, to use pc's respond of emails, Answering Telephone from different people with different languages. What I've enjoyed most is training that they are giving to us, working hours, They treatment that they give us is very acceptable. The most Challenge -When I want to submits the certificate to other braches, it always a giving me a serious problem to find a transport as soon as possible I have to wait for long.

Excellent training opportunity
Worked as NDT for magnetic testing and liquid penetrate testing , testing metals, giving reports to manager, quality management,hardness testing Safety clothes, electricity,all NDT equipment

Excellent training coordination skills
I work in a training environment where I meet different individuals everyday. I have to welcome them, take them through our policies and procedures and also learn their expectations. My daily duties include scheduling trainings, facilitating work related activities such as work readiness and interviewing new recruits. I have to discuss with my coworkers about every activity to be undertaken and then report all trainings on our weekly meetings. This helps us to know the progress of our tasks as a training department. The interesting part of my work is to welcome new recruits, see them flourish and achieve their dreams at the end of their training. I have learnt to plan and organize tasks before hand. This has helped me to easily measure my perfomance and to read the progress of my tasks. The most challenging aspects of my work is the pressure to close the programme. It requires a lot of time, focus and team work. But its also a great feeling to successfully

I am hard worker
I always do my best when i am on duts and i finish my task on time everyday, with my experience i can do more better for company and i am always availeble i can do even overtime for company if it is needed to worker

Excellent
I work good with my co worker, I assisting artisan with breakdown and I've learnt switching,fault finding,design and wiring.I enjoy working with different machines everyday and the most challenging is doing breakdown for more hours and no correction

Results oriented, hard working, analytical
I was involve in multiple of projects because we were dealing with different department which all of them require our input so we were strict on the time line or dead line. Working as team was core for us to achieve our objective and helped me to develop good working relationship and understand each and every one's character. I have learned how to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, how to approach a project that is dealing with many obstacle before you start it e.g unions,how to start a project and finished it on time. I enjoy reading, When you want to complete the job and you have union obstacles.
