I have done a Business Administration NQFlevel3. I also worked at Scaw Metals Group where I assisted with Admin stuff, Data capturing, answering outbound calls, Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, Do follow up on trained candidates with their foreman’s, Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment , Issuing of Licences and Certificates for lifting training that the company offers to internal employees. Collecting documents and registering trained employees with Merseta, Data capturing (Spread sheets). Organise transport for training officers. Organise transport for training officers. Organise food for people attending trainings. Attend weekly meetings. Minutes taking. Support staff in assigned projects based work. Support staff in assigned projects based work.
Pros: it was a good opportunity for me to work in this company they teach me alot that i didnt know,now i know how to use the computer how to handle calls from out side the company.

Listen when people talk, people on the floor they are not stupid their know their roles as i do.
Would like to work in a good and healthy environment, where we work together with the same vision of the company and to ensure safety to every colleague in workplace. as items of relationship with colleague, i like a relationship where we value one another and take each other as family,treat with respect. The thing that i learn is that if communication is proper and clear,the results will be remarkable and to work as a team is most important. I enjoy socializing with people cause you understand when their are struggling with problems at work.the most challenging is when an customer promised to deliver in time and you will find that the plant its waiting for that product to make an output so i must be up an down to ensure the raw material its in plant.

Excellent learning curve and gaining insight in the metal industry.
Experience at Scaw Metals Scaw metals was a great organization but the challenge I've faced was mostly on working with people who are resistance to change but the people there are willing to teach and learn a few new things. The overall experience was excellent and insightful. I enjoyed working with people from different backgrounds and seeing things in the same eye, they were accommodating and helpful in achieving some of the tasks completed.
Pros: Lack of growth and slow progress.
Cons: Long working hours and people who are not focussing on the same goal.

Its was a good an the job training
Durring my four year apprenticiship training i've learn alot in scaw metal from basic hard wiring panel to basic programeble logic control system and the artisan were I very helpfully durring my learning period up until i become qualified.Now im willing to start a new chapter as a newly qualified electrician n live up to my expectation to be one of the best artisan in south africa

Excellent Customer Service skills • Self-motivation and highly organised • Enthusiastic and outgoing • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • IT literate - must be adept in using MS Office – Word, Excel • Team Player • Strong administrative background

Excellent
I work good with my co worker, I assisting artisan with breakdown and I've learnt switching,fault finding,design and wiring.I enjoy working with different machines everyday and the most challenging is doing breakdown for more hours and no correction

Managing client issues related to projects. Identifying key project risks, whether stated or not, and managing them to resolution or escalating them accordingly. Facilitating critical trade-off decisions between investment, and client benefit. Setting project budgets and monitoring burn rates. Pros: good knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources. • Promoting good work practices. • Able to coach and mentor more junior staff across a number of disciplines. • Ability to present to senior levels of management (e.g. Director, MD). • Experience in managing technical infrastructure projects & off shore teams. • Can quickly grasp and master new concepts. • Can work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative. • Setting goals and objectives for individuals and teams.
