I like a challenging job
Im an ambitious enthusiast intelligent and vibrant young man and has an experience in management as I have been a security manager for 8years,like working with people but can work without any supervision as im the only bread winner,a father and husband,I always take my job very seriously and always respect my job,im always giving my best to my co,-workers and like to encourage,solve their problems.I would like to work for a company with growth so to gain a lot of experience,I can handle any challenge at work as I like a challenging job or task

Excellent working curve
I m hard worker,i work long hours from 5 to 7 pm,but it depends on wat i do during the day coz thers no time of signing off,i go to the client to collect cash n give change,we deliver to bank branches,load amt which is a daily thing,sometimes scout van for atm dats it's down,which we reset

Excellent learning curve, extensive knowledge supervising and business analysis
I have worked for SBV for 3 years and I can say I learnt alot and grew alot in a supervising role. I was thrown into the deep end at first but I adapted and settled very quickly. SBV is not known for keeping up with the times, all reporting, capturing is done manually and can be very challenging. I was assigned to handle a small team and I must say we were like a family. When I started I created a whole new process and reports. We grew together and achieve great things together. I can say I really enjoyed the way I was treated and the way I was given freedom to make business decisions. My manager gave me the freedom and he relied on me and I can honestly said I did not let him down. The most challenging aspect of my role was manually capturing everything as I deakt with figures which affected sales consultants pockets and revenue.
Pros: Good company to work for, great culture and environment, close to home, people you can trust,
Cons: No CRM tool, everything is manual

An accurate, detail focused and meticulous individual.
An accurate, detail focused and meticulous individual who has extensive knowledge of accounting methods. I am results oriented professional, who is able to accomplish multiple objectives in a specified time-frame. I have the ability to quickly learn and understand the accounting systems, procedures and requirements of a business. I have strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft office suite, and have experience of data entry, matching invoices, reconciling statements, and assisting with the weekly payroll. Right now I want to work for a company that is looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join their team.

I worked for SBV for 3 years and I must say I have learnt alot, I was thrown into the deep end and that I gained extensive knowledge on Sales and all after Sales services. A typical workday consisted of daily sales reports, loading and checking quality of contracts, manually capturing them, liasing with finance, logistics and Sales consultants to ensure a smooth running of the Sales process. My relationship with Co-workers was always professional and we always understood and respected each other. During my time at SBV I gathered so much experience and knowledge which consisted of SOPS, business processes, daily, weekly, monthly, YTD reporting and churn, I mastered the art of presentations. I am very passionate about doing reports, presentations and lasing with customers and colleagues at all levels. The most challenging aspect of my job at SBV was the constant change in the departments requirements but all in all that just motivated me to do more and constantly Improve.

Great learning opportunities
It is exhilarating, and challenging at the same time. Making mistakes always offered opportunity to learn and keeps me humble. Although it can be quite stressful at times, I enjoy the high responsibilities and appreciate management support in helping me carry these out as efficient as I can. One thing that I need is mentorship and a coach to help me grow in my career and increase my wisdom and knowledge of the industry. I am very grateful for the opportunities and the increased responsibilities entrusted to me by the management.

Was a good learning curve
Analysis, Creating Test Plans, Test cases and Test Approach. We have a very healthy relationship with co-workers. The culture in the office is very open and have learned a lot under my current leardership

Willing to learn and work hard,
I have learn a lot in the HR work place, I do get a long well with my co-workers and they will all be missed. I have learned how to manage payroll, kronos,IOD and lots more I enjoy working with people and make them happy to assist where I can. Most Challenging is the EE meetings Health and safety and to put a lot of report together in short time
