Excellent learning curve

I was given an opportunity to work at other departments and learn thier involvement in the plant and understand how thier work affect my department. Being able to work on diferent projects with different people was the most rewarding experience. You get to grow professionally and on a personal level. After all the rotations I then focused on my department. I enjoyed learning more about the plant and being involved in the daily meetings, and planning the rest of the day which included facilitating risk reviews meetings, conducting investigations , drafting monthly reports and assisting technicians with thier competencies.
