They offer skill development training and keep employees up to date with latest software programmes and also offer wellness services, my relationship with my co-workers is impersonal, I do not feel that my skills are being fully utilised, even the training given ends up not being utilised, I feel like there quantity of people doing the same thing and find no challenges,l appreciate the wellness programme offered, which I did utilise and got the help that I needed and also the skill development programmes have helped me accumulate new skills (but was not utilised, the most challenging part of the job is when given a task that is not in the job description and also my time management was affected as sometimes I would be given a task just minutes before my knock off time (not that I mind going the extra mile) sometimes I would have a doctor's appointment and have to cancel at the last minutes also be late to fetch my daughter from after care,

Excellent learning curve and career exposure
I have bcom Economics and Informatics and Bsc in Information Systems(honours). I am currently working as a Business Analyst-trainee at SARS. I conduct meeting to gather requirement.after gathering requirements, I analyse and document as functional specification and send to the developers and test the system based on the functional specification. I am a good team player,patient,able to work under pressure and willing to lean more. I have learnt to ensure that while gathering requirements ask questions where i do not understand and be able to approach the testers well. Ensure that I understand the bugs. The most challenge about being a BA is ensuring that developers fix bugs as requested or the tester not understanding the functional specification, but that taught me to be patient and ensure they understand the specification. I enjoy analysing the requirement coming up with solutions and ensuring that work is done on time.

Meeting the target/reaching the target
I build great relationship with co-worker To pay attention to details To help people and have positive impact to them The challlenges tha go along with it, being the highest who reach the target
Pros: hard worker does pay,you can get a promotion by selling yourself or by being a team player also committ doing something make sure you get done on time

Customer service,management,valuable input
dealing with clients regarding their tax. good relationships with co -workers to maintain work ethics. every client is different and the approach needs to alter to client as well as keeping in mind to keep the reputation of company and yourself. I enjoyed learning my new people skills ,patience and that I able to fulfill task I would not have taken on.

management,good work ethics. there are challenges as in any other job as well as company conflict. However my personality is to work and I am a friendly person. Should a situation arise I would chat with person for us to come a solution. I am hard worker and always looking to make my position work for myself and the company. Enjoy the stability the reputation of the company but mainly my job role. I am fair person to I generally get along with most people. The challenging part would be every client s different and should be approached in that way.

Excellent learning experience
I am available immedialey as my last contract position ended at the South African revenue service at the end of August 2016. I was a Income Tax agent assisting Tax payers with any querries and information regarding to there 2016 SARS income tax returns. For the duration of the three months I completed a course in the Fundamentals of income tax. It was a very challenging position but I loved it and made into the top 10 of the 37 consultants that started at the Bellville contact centre. I love the customer services and have a good working understanding thereof. I am a good listener, have good dispute resolution skills and is genuinely a peoples person good communication skills at any level. I am a peoples person and team player. I am at a point where I Know what I want, Know how to do it and is just currently looking awaiting the oppertunity that i will be of benefit to to come my way.
