Great exposure

Great company excellent food canteen and excellent training.There is overtime however you can choose to work or not.I will recommend any one to work at Ssntam .You need to be a year perm before you can study through Santam.

Issuances Amendments Customer relations queries Receiving calls from brokers for quotes Enjoy receiving calls and building a rapport with brokers Able to help brokers and leaving them with a great service offered to them Most challenging thing about my job was to be working until 6p.m yet i still enjoyed it but one needed a break.

Sufficient knowledge gained

home away from home ,colleagues were a combination of crazy ,sexy ,cool and also not so cool at times a feel of mellow dramatic,morbidness that however occurred when the work load was intense.

Cybersmart training

I loved every second week of each month as we doing diaries and commercial report. I've worked well with my managers as well as colleagues because I do everything well and on time. I've learnt a lot from Santam insurance as I had no experience when joining the team finance but now am fully knowledgeable as in credit controller and accounts clerk (payable and receivables) I enjoyed everyday day at work because I never stopped learning and improving. The most challenging aspects I came across was when I had to move from Refunds team to Niche financial shared services but I managed all that as I have the will to learn and am dedicated worker.

Pros: To become team leader
Cons: Over 8hours a day
