Im currently not working but I was working with sanlam life company as an advisor and things didn't workout fine during the lock down Idi decided to withdraw from the company I'm

Flexible hour and 100% commission

working for my company is good, I go out and source clients from different places, my colleges and I have a good understanding with each other, and I have learned to deal with different people and races on a daily basis and also that is what I enjoy the most about my job. The most challenging thing is that some clients do not honour some of their appointments.

Pros: company is big with lots of oppotunities to grow
Cons: irregular hours

GO OUT AND MEETING PEOPLE. BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIP WITH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS. AN OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE WEALTH FOR CLIENT AS WELL AS SELF. TO BE YOUR OWN BOSS, WRITING YOUR OWN SALARY.

Problem solving

Typical day: do quotes and submitting cases Relationship with my coworkers is friendly, but I’m there to work and not make friends. What I’ve learned is always cover your back, keep records of your task. What I enjoyed the most was when a case issues, the most challenging part of my job was struggling to get medical reports from Dr’s or not being able to issue a case

Cons: Not being able to help a client.

Good focus on training and a solid view on attaining performance levels

Good focus on training and learning more about the company. There are many innovations that continuously take place. Staff are involved with making things better as they are closest to the client's and their experiences.

I am an excellent team player but can also work on my own. Very analytical and have excellent client service skills. I have a passion for client service and deliver excellent service and good quality work.

Good working environment which needs someone with good time management skills.

Managind your own time and setting your own targets apart from company targets. Team work plays a huge role. Good customer service also plays a huge role in my current position.Good communication skills also plays a huge role, telephonically and in writting.
