Growth in Financial industry

I provide professional financial advice on long-term insurance. I travel extensively. In this industry, In order to survive, you need a good relationship with your co-workers as there is a lot of studying, the introduction of new ways of doing business, like system upgrade. we end up assisting each other. Sometimes clubbing when visiting clients. It is important to be aware of what is happening in South Africa, as this industry is linked to Economic climate of the country. I enjoy meeting new people, engaging with a lot of different kinds of people and listening to different achievements and challenges people faced in their day-to-day. This job is like my own business, so it involves cost of sales. In other words, before you do a business, you must put in a petrol in a car and travel.

Great working experience

Always a busy at work, limited training programme, Each day, interacting with new clients. Management create a fair and highly professional environment. Respect amongst peers is good. Enjoy planning and being innovative with client's future planning. Enjoy putting strategies in place to help grow client's assets. Absolutely enjoy the connecting, learning and growing both intellectually and creatively. The most difficult part of the job is realising that together with the good clients comes the bad clients and finding a way to balance between the both is a challenge, but an art that is learned over time.

I am in the intiator and best team worker.

I am a self-motivated and energetic male person, who is a dedicated hard worker. I value honestly, punctuality, and all above, when called upon, I am also excellent team player, an outstanding example of quality. I believe that I am a born leader and my leadership was tested and enhanced from early age. During my stay at University, I was the treasure of Law Student Council, which gave me the responsibility of sitting in the executive committee of the law faculty. The above mentioned qualities, experience and my general flexibility will make me an exceptional and by, a valuable employee within your workplace

Very big side of learning,and adapting ,awareness

W, pb,wor Our relation ship as the workers was excellent,we were the rainbow nation ,we help each other,by transport or presentation to clients,sao it so it was asome.I learnt alot communiction,telephones skills,and computet skill,business skill and etc, Targets system is one of the things i enjoyed,that pressure and the drive,and also thappraisal time to the best perfomers,they hired aa mice place where all we come together for the pirizes,sa itwas the very interesting moment. As i already said the targets per months,when supposed to reach it and you did not youwrite a warning .

Pros: The field from mass,Presentaion,is enjoyable yo talk to the masses
Cons: Driven by your client,i worked till late ,because some of my client knock off late.

Informative

Sanlam is a best place to learn especially for a school living, i had a good relationship with my colleagues, opportunities to build yourself professionally were available. The most challenging part was to work for commission however it has taught me that you need to be patient for everything

At Sanlam we work as a team and everyone has his own business to grow

AtAta At Sanlam I work from 08:00am until 16:00. We work as a team and that the most thing I enjoy working there. The most challenging thing is that we working under limited resources

Flexible hour and 100% commission

working for my company is good, I go out and source clients from different places, my colleges and I have a good understanding with each other, and I have learned to deal with different people and races on a daily basis and also that is what I enjoy the most about my job. The most challenging thing is that some clients do not honour some of their appointments.

Pros: company is big with lots of oppotunities to grow

Fast learner , team work, skilful

Im currently not working but I was working with sanlam life company as an advisor and things didn't workout fine during the lock down Idi decided to withdraw from the company I'm
