Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work is to start planning my day, researching on which customers to call on and then speak or see 6 to 8 customers. The relationship I have with my coworkers is very awesome as we get along well and always help each other when stuck.

Hard working person always up for challenges.

Handling accounts, contracts and costing per day. Work hand in hand with all co-workers to get the best of all work done. I have learnt allot about creditors and debtors and also with debtors days. If we get great results out of our work day. Challenging aspects is the debtors days, due to struggling with customers payments.

What you have learnt

A typical work day: starting the morning with tool box talk and vehicle checks. Preparing the drivers worksheets for the day's maintenance. Your relationship: Open communication policy with all (staff and co-workers). What you have learnt: I have learnt to release some of the work and trust that the staff will execute than to take control and do it myself so that the work gets done effectively and efficiently. What I enjoy most: Dealing with different culture inter-connection, relationships as well as various events (scope of work) that needed supervision. Most challenging aspects: Getting a clean audit for the PE branch, seeing that all safety regulations and procedures are according to work protocol.

Cons: No overtime when working long hours, overtime

At the moment same thing every day, not growing, not given opportunity to go to next level

grGrowth opprtunity not there, they'd rather appoint outsider with no experience, takes them 6 to 8 months to build pipeline instead of giving someone inside an opprtunity to grow and giving necessary training

All I cane say is that my company is good but for for now is not ryt. So I don't want to be part of it now caus but manger they .so also I need private thing Friday some of the guys we did something nut me I don't want tiie but .

Consistently working in a changing environment

A strong personality with respect in the workplace. An excellent working relationship with all staff in the work place. The work place is a busy environment always changing therefore i have to adapt accordingly. I have a passion working in this HR field, this enables me to engage with people on all different levels.

Excellent learning curve

• Call on existing, new and opposition customers • Formulate, call and plan cycle as well as daily call reports • Meet targets and monthly deadlines • Grow Sanitech brand • Build and maintain relations in order for Sanitech becomes the preferred supplier • Prepare quotes with accurate costing and follow up • Call on building sites and facilitate roll out for new sites. • Formulate project pipeline and keep it updated and handle complaints and queries

It was a good learning experience.

It was a nice working environment, with really good and talented employees who supported me and always helped when they could when I started of at the company, Management was fairly sufficient but they had multiple Higher management changes through them resigning in quick succession. I appreciated the experience but needed to move on to gain growth.
