Excellent worker and learner

A typical work day will include running the whole hygiene division at our branch and make sure the whole hygiene department runs correct. My co-workers is good people to work with, it gets tough from time to time as there become challenges ahead, but we stay colleagues and in the end you need to work through everything to be the best worker. I have learnt in my work experience that if you want to do something to the best of your ability and if you need to be done now its better to do it yourself than to rely on someone else as you know how it needs to be done and how to do it to your utmost perfection. I enjoy getting challenges, that way you can test yourself to see if you can exceed at the most difficult times, as well as to solve problems. The most challenging aspect of my job is to run the whole department without help, I'm a do it yourself person and its challenging

Excellent learning curve and fantastic enviroment

My CV will do that for me...history of Company and my day to day operational requirements as well as over and above enthusiasm. Work Colleagues and staffing experience with this Company is like working with family and we work as a Team and uphold the Companies cultures and morals. A lot has been learnt...too many to mention and everyday is a learning day for me. Travelling long distances in and around peak traffic , but it is all worth it seeing to clients and their needs and also meeting them jut to touch bases....clients and staff are the foundation of my day to day operations.

9 Years Sales and admin Experience

* Quotation on Daily basis * Enjoy working with Ladies * Learnt to avoid office conflict especially with ladies * When work is given to you, get it done and finished before a new task comes along * I enjoy working with people and being able to assistant where I can * dealing with operation department with planning issues makes deliveries difficult to commit to.

Excellent learning curve

-Working hard and learn something new everyday - Excellent relationship with co-workers - Broadened my knowledge on cleaning, hygiene & pest control - Being in a independent post - Learn to work independent, use own initiative, growing a thick skin

Good company with very limited micro management

Consists of a lot of traveling No micro management Good environment Culture is good Intermediate chance for promotion o Train installation teams on the job o Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements on sites o Be aware of and understand the competition in the communities o Understand the market, communicate with customers and prospective customers o Develop and maintain good customer relationships at both government and communities in informal settlements o Be comfortable to work in and with local communities in order to get buy in o Understand and manage sensitivity and perceptions around sanitation products in communities o After installation completed, hand over the project to Branch Managers/Operations to do services o Submit monthly update report regarding Re-pit projects eg: installations/problems/successes and opportunities

Very good

It is a we'll established company and one is very busy all day long. The company does give room to grow. It is a pleasure to work with my co workers and staff. The one thing that I learnt in this company is the reason why it is important for a company to have a set of rules in a department for the department to follow. The mist challenging thing for me in this job was to meet a target without having a company policy and procedure to follow
