Excellent work experience if you want it enough
Very good vcompany too work for if you want it enough; However long hours there may be the team work and the entire support structure is unreal.. Samsung prides them in everything you doo. the formal training isnt like over seass so ocan be better

A journey
Typical work day- taking calls, making escalations via email, Making calls to customers for call backs, sending follow up emails compiling a report for any promotion. I work well with my co-workers and we respect each other

Excellent learning curve
Samsung is a good environment to work in, the people there are energetic and kind throughout. Co-workers are truly amazing never had any quarrel with any of them. I've learnt to be more Punctual, have more integrity, learnt how to work with people of all ethnicities and learnt to help those in need. What I enjoy most at the workplace is the culture that has been set, e.g. friday with have motivational speech on your achievements etc. File the reviews and having to send them in.

New learning curves
Working for Samsung is a great opportunity to grow within a company. It thought me to deal with new situations everyday and also how to work with different cultures. Working for Samsung as given us the opportunity to see new products before the public. We work as a close group of friends and help each other. The most challeging part of my job will be working under pressure making sure things are done fast and efficient, I have learnt these qualities working under Samsung.

working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week had a good relationship with colleagues I have improved my marketing skills communicating with the clients convincing the client to buy what you selling and making sure you deliver

Good company.
Samsung is an excellent company to work for they learn you to work under extreme pressure and to can handle all sorts of problems that life can throw at you. They also educate the staff as well as they can.

Excellent learning curve
What I have learnt is that you have to be flexible and adaptable, that planning ahead is advantageous but not always set in stone. The most challenging aspects of working for the company was the ex-pats' culture. What I enjoyed most is working for a global leading company that does marketing very well.

Great company to learn more skills
Assisting clients in trouble shooting and fixing devices for walk in clients, tracking and assessing devices which need to be fixed and cold calling clients to review on the service they received. Up sell clients on products they want to learn about and keeping clients satisfied with the level of service as we believe in first call resolution.

Excellent in communication
Edcon was a good company and I learned a lot through it ,customers service and how to deal with different customers. It touhgt me how to solve a problem and have a pension over other people I am hard working person ,am will to work even extra to achieve my work.
