Learning and experience. Also want to further my trainer certification.
I have worked in the company for 10 years. 5 years as trainers. I work a 8am till 5pm day. Visiting stores that are on a store base assigned to my specific area. I have an excellent working relationship with my co workers as well as management as well as store managers. I have learned to think on my feet, work and go the extra mile for my company. Learned to speak and communicate with different people. I love my working environment. I love to talk and through feedback from people in the industry, I explain and make others understand training very well. I love training, educating others, helping others and sharing my knowledge and skills with others to do better in their work and personal life. The challenges; when some people dont listen when training is being conducted. But what i found out is that people learn differently. Maybe they need a bit more coaching and soft skills. They also may need one on one training.

My proven analytical skill and my attention to detail is and advantage.
Everyday is a challenge, I work with many client, with different problems that needs to be solve. What I have learnt is that no matter how hard things are there's always a solution to anything and everything. I love that I'm always being pressured and given deadlines and task that seems impossible. The challages broadens my knowledge and gains me more strength. The things I learn on a daily basis help me to improve many things within the company .

The Promising Journey
Its best to work in My company which is Samsung, we are united with my co worker and some worker from other brand like Cells C we help each other to make sales. I get to interact with allot of people of different cultures and convince them to buy smart phones, which is the toughest skill to acquire in a short period of time but basically i am making allot of sales and people are loving and enjoy our brands.

Great growth opportunity and different environment.
Great place to work in terms of a learning curve and growth. People are friendly and acconmodating. The pressure keeps you on your toes and there's never a routine which keeps things interesting and fun to come to work.

Excellent learning curve
I do 3 jobs all at once. Reception, Admin and IT support. This has taught me to work well under pressure and to understand that everyone is different. On a daily basis I speak to more than 100 customers and assist them with their down telephones or internet system or any technical related issues. I also have to get back to all my clients check if everything is resolved then close the tickets for the day.
