Good personal skills

I have worked as artisan for more than 10 years now in the mining industry underground and surface, familiar with Allen Bradley plc and Siemens post. Also work with leaky feeder in underground. Maintenance is what I enjoyed in Instrumentation field. I have a role of brothers keeper with my co workers.

Pros: Due to lack of artisan opportunities for development is very less.
Cons: Based on shutdowns activities

New to chrome industry and I have learn a lot in smelting

Day tod day like to couch other worker in skills development Enjoy working with team who are newly qualified instrument technician The OST challenge things is ore on EW project development and nstastandby even not on your sectionroutine maintenance

Good benefits. Very bad management and a culture of using people without recognising their efforts. Youll work yourself to the bone and still get persecuted

Upward mobility has been limited despite my EE status, education and experience.

The company is lacking in terms of succession planning. Their study assistance policy is progressive. The work pace allows for work/home balance. Generally good co-workers Driving culture change remains a problem with the old guard being resistant. Efforts to change the culture are commendable.

Great experience

A great company with a very strong positive culture of taking care of their employees first. Employees and teams are always willing to help to achieve a common goal. I have learned a lot and most enjoyed the responsibility of balancing finances with physical production activities. The most challenging aspect of the job was having to manage and deal with 3 different generation in one production team.
