Capturing customers’ orders on CRM. Explaining products and updating customer’s details. Providing customers with products and services that we offer. Follow-up on customers’ queries that are not Immediately resolved, within determined SLA’s and completing call logs and reports.

Excellent learning curve

Working at SAB was a great start for me, I learnt a lot of things in a very short period of time which included warehouse duties and customer service duties, it was great exposure and I feel I added value, although the we were working long hours but there we great opportunities and the culture

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot , i have 8 years experience as a credit controller using sap,excel,crm systems. I am willing to learn every day as I am open to other people's ideas and I so much of a team player

Experience

I have learned a lot in credit especially SAP functions. And working very with the colleagues . I am always at work and doing my work properly. Already dedicated to work over time when its required to do so.

Fast paced.

Everyday is a different day but most importantly you do stock controlling, receive and dispact intstock. Ensure houskeeping is done and promite a safe working environment. Very close relationship because we need to work together. The company’s aim is to bring eople together for a better world. I enjoy the flexible environment, not too formsl and also the fact that you are given opportunities to become an all rounder..

Challenging enviroment, lots of promotion potential.Cut throat enviroment, lots of stress and long working hours. Target Driven enviroment but I thrive in such enviroment and have a willings to learn.

Good

is to work in a safe environment and work life balance . To be a good employee to a potential company. Typical day is to do my plan first before I go and see customers or do my calls eg implementation of promotions, taking orders and influencing orders.

Customer education on drinking responsibly

Promoting responsible consumption of alcoho and fighting underage drinking in communities. Working with private and government organizations in actively reducing alcohol harm in communities. Conducting trainings. Creating and maintaining working relationships that are of great importance in the shared goal of alcohol harm reduction.
