I HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS AND DO RATHER ENJOY THE INTERACTION I HAVE WITH MY CUSTOMERS, DISCUSSING PRICING, POINT OF SALE AND etc.

Learning

Good day who it may concern. I been working at sab for almost 2years. As a customer relationship relationship representer. I work on the system called sap. Then sab started a new project where we work on the syspro system. Been working on it almost a year.

Eye opener

Its an organisation of excellence and has minimised error/waste with patnering with employees,management goes out of their way to ensure diversity is understood to ensure peace among employees.pre shift meetings have served as a major tool,thiss way we have tried to reach our goals but most importantly have direction via them

Challanging yet rewarding

My day starts by working through my week plan. Any additional tasks or spillovers are carried over to the following day ensuring at all time that urgent and important work is prioritised. I enjoy coffee breaks with my colleagues early in the morning before we start the day. I enjoy helping individuals and receiving positive feedback of gratitude. The most challenging part of my job is to constantly remember that our team is a specialist team within a beer making company. In many companies our function (Employee Benefits) sits in the HR department but at SAB, this function was for a very long time within the Finance division. This has meant that we too need to adopt the language spoken by pure finance colleagues, this for me has been a huge learning curve. I also got to learn about Medical schemes Act, the administration of medical aid through working closely with the administrators of the SAB Medical Aid

Pros: Exciting times as AB Inbev has taken over SAB Miller to make this company the largest brewer in the world!
Cons: No opportunity to grow within the Employee Benefit space

I like challenges and work well under pressure.

I am not afraid of challenges and i can corporate well under pressure on a busy day. I work well individually and as a team member as well. I listen to other people's opinions and reach a reasonable agreement that will suit us well and make our job easier. I learn on daily basis from my co-workers as i give them time to express their views.

Pros: i believe that the company should help employees who want to grow in business
Cons: i work over times currently as requested by my company

IMPROVISE

DAILY ORDERS TAKING, EXCESSIVE TRAVELLING , MY MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT IS DEALING WITH A DIFFICULT CUSTOMER. I LEARNED HOW TO COMMUNICATE USING THE MARKETING LANGUAGE.

Excellent company to learn and grow

Won the eagle managing directors award for best in class in Operations Finance S & D Finance Manufacturing Continuous Improvement by driving innovations through business enhancement and optimisation in the following: : R 100m Distribution Project Enhancement in updating hardware and software. R 1b project in managing the conversion from Chevron to Sasol for our on site diesel tanks Introduced 3PL for our splitting and sorting at each of our 42 depots. Enhanced the warehouse and distribution audits to reflect reality. When in finance identified stock losses in 2 large depots hence saving the company millions of rands. Key finance business representative for the development & implementation of SEM. Developed and implemented the manufacturing brand pack recipe model.

Working more hours and difficulties when the business is low

We used to go out to make calls to different outlets,i had intimate relationship with my ex-colleagues,we indeed enjoyed working together,i learnt the importance of working as a team,because we learned from each other and made me to be people oriented,since the sales representatives meet people every time they do trading.

Pros: giving people tastes,explaing all the ins and outs about the product
