I acted for senior postions and also I got an opportunity to study further courses like Operatioms Management, Office Administration and IT(I didnt finish). I learned how to work with people and client telephonically and staff while I was acting as a site manager(supervisor).

Learning about customer services

Self driven, passionate person,task oriented, and goal oriented. I believe HR is the key to success of the business. I do not have experience yet, but I am fast learner and willing to learn and grow with the company

Opportunity to offer my experience that I have developed over the years

I started there as a young person as my Father did before me. Typical work day- Inspirational and rewarding to have a satisfied client. To not let the client end a call or walk away dissatisfied. The perks of the remuneration and and knowing your products and colleagues. Dealing with angry and negative clients.

A tSouth African Post Office (SA Post Office) is the national postal service of South Africa and as a state owned enterprise, its only shareholder is the South African government. In terms of South African law, the Post Office is the only entity legally allowed to accept reserved mail and as such operates a monopoly.[3] It employs over 16,480[4] people and operates more than 1,400[4] postal outlets throughout the country and therefore has a presence in almost every single town and city in South Africa. Nomkhita Mona joined the SA Post Office in April 2021 as group CEO. Its main subsidiary is Postbank, a financial services provider.

SAPO`s Business is Financial Services ,Courier, E Business and Postbank.

1.0 I work closely with the Business unit that i currently service (Postbank). I also work closely with the Advertising and Media Agencies to take the product to Market. 2.0 I have a good relationship with co workers and set acceptable standards of work ethic. i regards myself as a peoples man who is approachable and human. 3.0 I have a good knowledge of Operations, Retail and Marketing. 4.0 Currently i enjoy working around creative people and people who come up with good ideas . 5.0 When a plan does not come together or when your team drops you.

Great opportunity and learning curve

I excell in sales and marketing because i study it Tshwane University of Technology, Iv got a customer service certificate at the SA POST OFFICE, iv got experience in banking in retail, i have learn for any business to go a long way you need an exceptional customer service and that is what i provide, i have to talk little and listen more. I enjoy more the part of interacting with the clients

July 2016 to date

Working in different departments I have learned more about teamwork. And learning to achieve same goals. I’m willing to learn more within different departments within your Company. Throughout my work history in the post office I have shown a willingness to work and learn in different departments and I am always willing to face a new challenge head on. Should my application be successful I'm willing to be of good asset to your company and grow my skills within.

Salary need to be increased be on same level with other companies doing the same job

capturing of leave and deal with enquiries, HR Related, union back office work, Good relationship with colleagues team work, hard work makes somebody to learn more about the company, i enjoy challenges and exposure. its really good to work as a team that being left alone for projects that needs team support, we not doing this for our self but for the company
