A good learning environment
I enjoy working with heavy equipment, dismantling, refurbishment, assembling and setting. I draw great pleasure in seeing my effort coming to fruition when we finish assembling the turbine and machine starts generating electricity. I really feel that my sweat contribute to the economy of South Africa

Doing check sheet inspection of the plant and control communicate with controller.shuttling conveyors. Uptain good relationship with other Co workers .

Excellent trustworhy relaible
very good people skill enjoy working in a shop most challening is to work out drawings for the best way to complete the project. a typical work day for me is to take opportunities as the day goes!!

I do everything to the best.
The hours are from 7 to 4 we only worked every 3rd weekend. You must have great communication with people because you work with a lot if them. I have learn alot at the company for 15 years and would like to learn more in the future. I enjoy the working relationship I have with the people everyone has his own story but still we work together to provide for our families. The most challenging aspects was to keep every one safe for the day to go home tonight to their family and friends.

Always meeting customer needs and avoid reworks. Quality up to standard Document fillings and system always have a backup and trecibility Conflicts to be avoided or solved immediately Team work and individual coping Respect towards each other
