I am a hard worker and my campus manager offen gives me complex tasks
Well is it fun to work at the company i am working, Each and everyday i learn and explore new things All of my co-workers like me so much, because what they ask me to do i do. I have learned to be patient with students while lecturing them. what i like the most is spending time with the students The challenging aspect about the job is to learn more than 5 programming language

Excellent learning area
The company has groomed me as far as my education is concerned, I have grown professionally and academically. The colleagues are warm people to work with And team work is always part of the game

Strong lack of professional management,
not an ideal working environment, so due to all this, i feel the need to start growing not only as an individual but also grow myself in the co-operate world of it and or Technology, i would not say that i am happy working here and this negatively impacts the work performance so due to this i feel like my skills are dying slowly and im also in the same place which delays growth in a lot of aspects. My colleagues and i happen to share the same feeling so this brings us closer together and strengthens the bond between us all. i have learnt to accept responsibilities even for something which im not responsible for. at the same time i have learnt to accept that not everyone is as true to you in a working environment except yourself. the most challenging aspects is having to deal with old, slow and outdated computers that students need to use on a day to day basis

I am not growing well in terms of my career
My job daily is to lecture students. i can say lecturing has helped me to have good communications skills and boost self confidence as i was a very shy person. i have learned to be a good listener as students will come to me having different types of problems, as much as you are their teacher you must also be a friend. The most challenging aspect of this job is working on Saturdays and working on school holidays when students are home for recess because there is no work to do at all.
Pros: a good evironment for continuing with other studies because there is no too much pressure

High technology
Good for first time employees to gain more experience. Surrounded with friendly people, willing to help if you have problems and always checking if you are okay. We always have something new to do, dealing with different job and different people. It is a relaxed place to work at. Its just that they do not pay the interns and the amount of work done is too much for us not to be paid. But other than the payment issues its a good place to work in.

Great practical learning experience
A educational institute with busy day to day operations with friendly enviroment for both faculty & students. I learnt much about the daily duties of maintaining & utilizing IT systems. I enjoyed using the knowledge I learnt into a practical working enviromemt.

Very good learning curve
I am currently a volunteer and currently not getting paid, as this is an opportunity to learn. I am a hardworking, team player, easy to work with, can work under pressure as well. I am a very charismatic person therefore get along very well with everyone. Thank you.
