I Have learned so much and developed skills

- a good and eco friendly environment to work in -i had such a wonderful experience working in this company and of course they were challenges like any other company can have but we having a good team makes things easier and fun to work

No room for growth

Working there did not help me kick start my career. I was doing meaningless tasks all year round and that didn't help me grow and be ready for the workplace or corporate world.

Good learner , creative skills and adapting new languages

I AM HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND COMMITTED TEAM PLAYER. I AM PREPARED TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO ACHIEVE SET GOALS AND I STRIVE ON SUCCESS THAT ENSURES MY BEST IS GIVEN AT ALL TIMES TO THE BENEFIT OF THE COMPANY.I AM A HARD WORKING AND VIBRANT INDIVIDUAL. Excellent learning curve

Working at richfield helps me to learn new things everyday and my co-workers makes it easy for me by the way we communicate and help each other if there's something one don't understand . The most challenging part is when im supposed to format all the Computer alone within WEEK and i also have a class to attend

Excellent Mediator

Employment at a educational institution is a highly fast paced organization. Which relates to the processes in assisting and assuring students obtain the best service available as per completing tasks and duties in the Academic sector. Days are extremely stressful but the pressure in multitasking impresses and motivates me to perform better and provides a sense of high self-esteem and confidence to manage duties required to perform daily.

Pros: A excellent opportunity for quick thinkers, fast paced workers

Productive and Fun environment

Carry out Lesson Plans. Do Lecturer Filing Teach the Students. Provide support classess for those who nned them Relationship with co-workers is great I have learnt about time management, working under pressure I have also learnt how to communicate with students and be approchable. I enjoy teaching the students practical modules, such as java, php, javascript, etc. The most challenging factor for me is carrying out all the lesson plan becoase there are alot of students. I teach students from 1st up to 3rd years.

Excellent learning curve

Working with different people with different cultures can be a very challenging experience. That has taught me to handle each and every individual in their own special way. I enjoy learning new aspects on a daily basis and l believe working under pressure trains one to be a very responsible and effective employee. Working as a team is a crucial aspect in a working environment. In a team, members share ideas thereby producing good results

I am a hard worker and my campus manager offen gives me complex tasks

Well is it fun to work at the company i am working, Each and everyday i learn and explore new things All of my co-workers like me so much, because what they ask me to do i do. I have learned to be patient with students while lecturing them. what i like the most is spending time with the students The challenging aspect about the job is to learn more than 5 programming language
