An experience of a life time to work with a lot of people.
GOOD ORGANISATION Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology is a very diversified Company that specializes in Education and Training for young and Old Students. My focus in the Company was to interact with new clients as well as Old Students. Communication is a very important aspect when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have learnt a lot of important things within this Origination.
Pros: Growth is possible within the Company. You get to learn more behind Sales and Marketing as well as interact with Managers when need of help.
Cons: Extra working hours and holidays when needed, including Saturdays as well.

Networks, programmer
too much work to do but it was not complicated to finish it because i enjoyed mi work so much. we were having a huge relationship and mostly we were use to share almost everything . i have learn that to work with people it good because we share ideas, give the motivation to work mote effective and submit work correctly on time and communicate to each other it feels so grate. what i have enjoyed more is the challenge work in a group and always do the best work for a company. to do so many work and submit work simultaneously that was a huge challenge.

Excellent opportunity for learning
Work from 07.30 to 16.30 basically lecturing,reviewing study guides,consulting with students, doiing research and setting exams Relationship with fellow workers is extremely good as we work as a team I have learnt how to develop module or course material and to upgrade the ones to fit the demands of the day I enjoy being in class delivering a lecture

Excellent learning curve and good time management
I work from 8 am to 16:30. I have a good relationship with my students and my fellow co-workers. I have learned that the opinion of the next party might make a difference in ones life especially in the work environment. Team work is very essential. I enjoy doing research and interacting with new people on a regular daily basis. Working under pressure make me perform more actively. The most challenging aspect f the job is dealing with students who are difficult and not attending classes,

Excellent learning curve
working at Richfield has given me the opportunity to learn to work with people , being a team player. gave me a sense of leadership hence lecturing students. gave me sense of integration hence working with different people from different backgrounds and ethnic groups .

Excellent teaching skills
I've been here for Three months, as N4, N5 Chemistry, Chemical plant operations and power machines lecturer. My co-wokers are very friendly, very helping since it was my first time working as a lecturer. I have learnt that before coming to class you need to do a lot of preparations, and to make sure that you encourage your students to attend your classes. The most challenging thing was to face students personal problems, as they young and coming from different back grounds.

Great learning
Ive started working at richfield graduate institute of technology. Im a lecturer in profession but I want to develop my skill by following my dreams. Im looking for a company that will give me a chance to showcase my skills. Lecturing is not my favourate but administrative job is what ive been dreaming for

Gained communication skills verbal and non-verbal.
Am punctual and also humble at all times. Am able to work torwards deadline and I can multitask while remaining professional. In terms of prioritizing time management is the first thing that I consider. Am working professionally at all times due to respect that I've got. I once worked with a team and was excellent in terms of sharing some opinions before implementing them. I can even work independently still remaining professionally. Have brilliant ideas and I enjoy working with teams cause during the way I learn some ideas from some of group members.
