Excellent learning curve

Great Opportunity with too much work at the same time. No reporting structure in my department. Working for planning department is like working for all departments in the organization at the same time.

Learning experience

TgerTheres always something to learn. Measuring and off setting tools to give a product of good quality. and reaching set targets for the day. My coworkers are always willing to help and I'm also always ready to lend a helping hand.

Good company with good benefits

Very good company and learning opportunities.always get along with co workers.everyday is a challenge.always being sent for courses like refrigeration courses etc.A typical work day is not like any other work day,the deadline makes it challenging and exciting at the same time.

Great exposure

It is a great exposure for me as it has been my first job after my studies. Having a great relationship with all my seniors and getting to grab more information and knowledge from them.

Company review

Great company to work for. The people are friendly and eager to share their experiences. Nice mixture of old and new generation. The workload varies but if it gets too much, overtime is an optuon or you can get extra help.

Pros: Working at Rheinmetall is a learning curve theres always new challenges you come across daily.
Cons: at times i am required to work weekends or knock off late whenever is neccesarry

Fantastic experience daily

I am responsible for security operations at two of our sites. I also manage security escorts of explosives. We have a very professional outfit and always strive to be more effective and efficient.

Pros: Getting international experience.
Cons: No opportunity for promotion.
