It's a great opportunity
It's a nice experience since well I have only three weeks at my current job, I got a chance to work mostly with Fluorescent and it's more interesting as it's more challenging and critical. I am a friendly person and I enjoy a good relationship with my coworkers as I believe they'll teach me something I don't know. I have learned that quality and production are key. I enjoy working with open minded people who gives you platform to express your opinions. The most challenging is to always remember that you're working with critical stuff so you have to be extra careful when you inspect

Results driven
The combination of strategy through New Business Development, mergers and acquisition, transfer of technology has been a major learning for me in establishing long term business relationship, because competition triumphs through it. Understanding different Countries in the African region, cultures, political landscapes and bilateral agreements within countries play a major role in business. As a key account manager, I have to maintain good customer relationship, know my customer, but yet maintain the internal stakeholders to ensure execution, therefore indirectly becomes a project manager.

I'm waiting for date of my trade test "and level5 tool die and mould making" and I'm using catia .
I have qualified for machinist certificate in 2018 jan, and qualified to write trade on the 7th of October. I failed one item which I will go for it on March 2020. I'm a hard worker, fast leaner and certain with what I do in tooling industry also willing to learn new strategy of high precision with fine tolerance and different CAMS. My company is a manufacturing and production company I have learned new skills phisically and emotionally and I enjoy learning new machines with different operation everyday , the most challenging operation I came across was using a robot for welding "PLC, TECH ,and Remote " mostly ditsance and angle from the tip of my wire to my part in order to avoid pores, becouse I work as team I managed to get it right in a short space of time. We are working three shift.

Quality Assurance Technologist
i am enjoying my work because is challenging and there is a lot to be done. I'm learning a lot from my superior and my co- workers. And I believe I'm adding value to the company and I'm also building my strength to achieve my cureer objectives.

Average learning curve
I would say i dont like working there cause am not gaining much of experience as i should be gaining as an artisan and am not working as an artisan. Even the workers there advices me to look for a better job to earn according to my trade. Its a good company but less amount of money to pay the employees

Cons: I work 3 shift, day, afternoon and night. i would be happy to work day everytime

Im the person that likes to learn new things everyday. I'm good in working with others.
Iihave experience in latest Siemens Sinumaric control, Fanuc controls and other mechanical operated machines. I’m a qualified Metal machinist turner. Working as a machinist for production on the lathe, machining to fine tolerances. I was alsne of the persons in charge and task with setting up and machining tooling and dies for forging. I had been employed by Rheinmetall Denel munition as an apprentice. Was working under maintenance and Pre-setting setting up and fixing CNC machines. Since 2017 till January 2020 as an apprentice. Good on working on all measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers ,micrometer, tri-bo micrometer, bore gauge, telescopic gauges snip gauges and Go and No go gauge for checking threads.

Excellent learning
I am working as a plant supervisor for High Explosives and Pyrotechnics. I have four team leaders reporting to me and forty operators. I have a good relationship with other departments such as maintenance and quality. I have learned the importance of business culture, diversity and integrity in the manufacturing industry. I enjoy the most to achieve my production targets as per customer requirements. The most challenging aspect of the job is time management but i always plan ahead and delegate to the team leaders when i cannot do things on my own.

Free Thinker that is not by the rules
In a typical day I don't require a routine but will gladly follow one if needed. I keep myself busy and if the company floor does not need me at a given time I better myself with training and research to do my job better. I love working with my hands and my brains and where I van combine the two even better. Give me a problem and I will solve it or propose a solution if needed. If I need to do a job twice then you can can be guaranteed that i will make it easy for myself if possible.
Pros: There are a wide variety of machine over many generations and types that keep my mind occupied
Cons: The gap in communication and understanding between management and the shop floor is putting unreasonable demands and expectations on the shop floor
