Project Coordinator

Rewardsco is an excellent company and I have a very good Manager. I find it a pleasure to come to work. I enjoy the team work at Rewardsco. My role does put me under a lot of pressure as I deal with many departments and trying to please everyone is not always easy but I am able to get things done in order to meet deadlines due to having excellent working relations with all staff. The management team is mature and easy to get a long with.

Eager to learn

It is good fit is great to Th I work well in a team They are great to work with Sometimes Woking hours are hard to deal with though as sometimes feel like that puts my life in danger woke with them

Cons: 7:30 on Thursdays which troubles me when I need to get home

It was a great experience however it was learning curve too.

Usually my day starts at 8am to 13:30 morning shift and the afternoon shift started 2pm to 19:30i was on a 5hour shift which was a dual shift. When it comes to co - workers, i get along easy with people so we had a good relationship with my co - workers. That company thought me alot, to work hard and know that to be successful in life you need to use your time wiselys and to work smart no hard. I loved the people around it a good working eviroment

BE-LITTLED

I never attend any meetings, training, seminars. I requested the company to pay for studies (related field) but my manager didn't even send the request to the directors. I am always left out. I am given an informal induction to certain tasks

Excellent learning and communication

i am a friendly person and its always fun to work with my work mates . i learn how to manage my leads and work under presure . i always enjoy talking to my customers and selling my products . the most challenging aspect at work is to kope with the music being played so loud but overall i love my job

Great environment and allows growth

Great relationship with management as well as coworkers feel like family everybody is very welcoming and motivating as it is also part of being in sales being able to uplift those who are down and having a bad day

A typical day is: * Distribution of work * Managing breaks *Handling social media complaints *Ensuring SLA is met Relationship with colleagues is excellent I have learnt a lot on Microsoft excel and word
