Im looking for a job in the admin field

My daily job tasks is mainly speaking to customers, over the telephone, doing there current vodacom account admin work, selling them the latest packages and proccessing there orders. I work with a group of 9 people which we all are accountable for our team target. In my journey at my current company , I have gained better commincation skills, computer skills in various programs, and most importantly working under preasure.

Pros: great room for growth, excellant earning potential
Cons: work on weekends and public holidays

Good learning experience however bad management

Sales training, product training, supervision development, systems training, reporting, leading, upskilling, enabling learning, supervising. I have learnt alot at my job however the working environment is not very pleasant. Management is very bad.

Great company to enlarge your sales experience as well as knowledge

Great company to better one's selling skills and knowledge, not the best of salaries but definitely not the worst as well, campaigns have reasonably targets but they take time to get used otherwise it a pretty awesome company to work for

Pros: Open system for everyone who works hard to benefit
Cons: Very stringid on rules even unnecessary rules like keeping personal cellphones away what if I there is an emergency back at home?

Professional and well established for a call center

A day at Rewards can be good and bad... Sales are not the same everyday... Over the years you see alot of changes made by the company but never to benefit the agents... It's very different from other call centers... The atmosphere when working is sometimes stressful but majority of the time relaxed.

Cons: No increase in salaries or commissions

Goal driven

Great learning experiance

Rewarsco has given me growth in the sales industry where i worked with both personal and corporate campaigns . The computers or the internet conection could be faster to improve the company work load but all in all its a good company to work for

Cons: Slow internet access on the computers

Excellent communication,teamwork environment

Best place to learn in a fast paced environment, effective day to day communication teamwork, competitions and young vibrant ene Activities are done to to get our minds at was and to relax a bit. Friend environment but youve got to keep up because people are their for big bucks..personal and team targets has to be reached.

Project Coordinator

Rewardsco is an excellent company and I have a very good Manager. I find it a pleasure to come to work. I enjoy the team work at Rewardsco. My role does put me under a lot of pressure as I deal with many departments and trying to please everyone is not always easy but I am able to get things done in order to meet deadlines due to having excellent working relations with all staff. The management team is mature and easy to get a long with.
