Typical work day

A typical day at Refinery is emts, replenishment of departments, tidying of store, assisting customers, making sales, we have regular customers so its easy to make a sale, we do laybs as well as accounts so we promote and drive that in order to make our daily targets

it was a great learning curve and it was my opportunity to rise above my expectations

My most challenging aspects was to train the new staff members my workday as. a supervisor was admin most of the time daily tasking deployment and banking before my day really starts i have had an excellent relationship with my co workers because that is you second family apart from home i have enjoyed all the challenges all the dare to try moments most of all ive enjoyed working with different types of people ive learnt to interact with customers and treat your customers like family

Good communication skills

I'm a very good and respectful person who takes her work serialy and have a good communication skills ,I'm good at handling client and managing any schedule .I'm a hard worker ,working under pressure is my goal and good at numbers .data capturing and computer lit.

Excellent learning experience

As a shop assistant customer service was the pillar to our goals and it was practised with precise behaviour. Communication skill were enhanced as it was learning through engaging diversed groups of people and consumers.

Customer service, selling skills, communication with customers

its a bit challenging to work with customers but since i am a go getter, i alwasy manage to work with them and keep them happy every single time they shopping with us.I meet alot of inspiring people in every day and that put me in good opportunity to communicate with them and share positve ideas.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion and flexible hours
Cons: working on weekends
