Learned Excellent Management skills

I enjoy working with people, assist with problem solving, coaching, team building. I learned how to start setting up my own training manuals to train my team, how to management my time, dealing with Dead lines.

This is an eye opener

-Getting updates from Ops manager on different focuses of the day. -I learn something new everyday because the Call Centre is an ever changing environment. -My co-workers are my friends, they make coming to work pleasant. -I enjoy assisting customers in meeting their debt obligations and it is a good feeling when you have helped someone who did not know what to do.

Pros: Oppotunity to grow
Cons: Salary not equivalent to workload

SKILLS Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point) Good communication skills (written and verbal) Good interpersonal skills and withstand stress Photocopying, faxing, emailing and good telephone manners SKILLS I HAVE I am able to work under pressure, hardworking, enthusiastic, team orientated however can work alone. I enjoy assisting where a problem arises, accurate and efficient. I consider myself to be flexible and capable of succeeding in environment willing to achieve goals, responsible and enjoy challenges.

Excellent learning opportunities

They company has really opened doors for me and allowed me to study and gain more skills. Close knit relationship with go workers and real team work.company has really grown in the last 5 years and provided their staff with additional staff benefits.I have gained so much experience in my time I started right at the bottom and has worked myself up to where I am. The most challengig part of my job is not having someone else that knows exactly what I do so I can't really take to much time off and rest so it is constant Working ,

I am a hard working individual with a flair for numbers, excellent recons skills and a consolidations master. I have been in financial industry for over 10 years and I have experience in all aspects of financial hierachy, from cash book, creditors , debtors , to TB, Management accounts and Financial statements. Iam a team players and I truly love the career i am in.
