Fantastic enviroment

My workday will start to evaluate all the stats regarding sales and fraud for the previous day. Through these stats I am in a position to identify future risks. This information will then be discussed with my colleges in the various departments. The most challenging aspect of my job is the incompetence of SAPS.

Learn so much at real people

I was very lucky to work at real people I learn so much at my boss they are good people and we get along with co-worker, I true enjoy presentation at the boardrooms,I also learn communication with people ,a typical day is when I hv to do events

Great start after school

i work in a inbound call centre were we must reach our daily targets of receipts we receive our hourly performer statistics to see how far we are from reaching our daily target. we assist clients that call in with any type of enquiries they may have, we also deal with queries which have been received and logged onto the system. we make outbound calls which is challenging as we do not always get hold of our clients. all the employees get along as we are one big happy department. i have learned to manage my time better and also have done two courses which was paid for by the company. i enjoy the fact that we all get along well. the most challenging aspect is actually reaching you monthly receipting target as not all clients stick to the arrangements that have been made.

Pros: great opportunity to learn about debt collecting
Cons: not paid enough for the work load that you get

This is an eye opener

-Getting updates from Ops manager on different focuses of the day. -I learn something new everyday because the Call Centre is an ever changing environment. -My co-workers are my friends, they make coming to work pleasant. -I enjoy assisting customers in meeting their debt obligations and it is a good feeling when you have helped someone who did not know what to do.

Excellent learning opportunities

They company has really opened doors for me and allowed me to study and gain more skills. Close knit relationship with go workers and real team work.company has really grown in the last 5 years and provided their staff with additional staff benefits.I have gained so much experience in my time I started right at the bottom and has worked myself up to where I am. The most challengig part of my job is not having someone else that knows exactly what I do so I can't really take to much time off and rest so it is constant Working ,

This is an eye opener

I would say I work in a very relaxed environment and even though pressure is there when I it comes to implementation the people I work with make it easier to pull together and work as a unit to produce desirable outcomes. I've learned alot when it comes to communication, how I can use this as a tool to better myself and the work I do and how doing it effectively also assists in enhancing interpersonal relationships and makes people not mind working together with you.

Excellent learning point

You have to meet targets and be on time.There is transparency communication done over emails and face to face where necessary. I learned leadership skills. We have team builds. The challenge is to convert sales on daily bases dealing with difficult clients.

Pros: Its great place to start a career

Personal growth

Challenging work, that makes one learn, friendly people, who are good at maintaining work relationships, as well as social ones. Personal development opportunities, especially when potential has been recognized. Time management, is always a challenge, in this fast paced environment, at times it feels like there are not enough hours in a day.

I learn at lot that was excellent

It very hood to work at big company lots of people lovely and kind .the most typical days its month end yhoo u hv to work hard.I learn a lot I learn u must be good communication hood personal skills and learn how to calm your self and put yr manners first u hv to leave yr stress home when u come to work.the most challenge is when the costomer shout at u even when u knw the is nothing u hv done its her/or him that is wrong bt u must put the costomer happy.
