The job required a lot of traveling which was a good thing because I got to meet a lot of different people from different places. I had a great relationship with my co-workers.

Willing to learn at all costs

I am a PA at PwC. I operate multiple systems on a daily basis. I enjoy working with my colleagues and learn as much as I can from them. I have learnt to manage different teams differently, empower myself with the different training given to employees at PwC. I enjoy being a PA and studying as well. I use to find it difficult to work with different people from different backgrounds, however through working together, growth and learning I am able to embrace everyone I come into contact with.

Pros: Learning and development
Cons: No bonus

Brilliant learning place.

Best place to start of your career. You gain exposure to big clients and you learn daily. Surrounded by experienced and talent people. A lot of continuous training on the job and off the job. High quality and world class work that you gain exposure to. Teams are very diverse and majority of staff is young. Good encouragement to always add on to you existing educational clients.

Pros: You work on some very good and challenging assignments
Cons: Long hours

Working with various people

This was a challenging career. I enjoyed working with the different people and learning from them. It was very hard working such demanding hours with a baby at home. I do feel like I have learnt alot in this company and it has tough me to deal with pressures and to deal with crisis. PWC has moulded me into a better business person and it has highlighted for me the aspects of being a manager that I did not like and did not appreciate when I was a trainee. It showed me the type of manager that I wished to become.

Pros: Working with different people, Working with different industries
Cons: Long working hours, no work life balance
