 Provide Learning and development administrative service to employees , managers, and L&D function.  Manage the PIC Bursary Programme (internal & external).  Coordinate the Student Vacation work programme for PIC Bursary holders.  Ensure that student fees are invoiced and funds disbursed to universities.  Coordinate the verification of documents as part of the external bursary application process.  Filing captured invoices and ensuring that the payments are processed.  Manage the relationship with the PIC Bursary Holders, Funded Universities and other Institutions of Higher Learning.

Pros: Dynamic environment, a lot to learn and one is given a big latitude to lean outside my job description
Cons: Lean structure across the organisation, while myself and the IT team can handle the pressure, sometimes users can not take the pressure, risking a lot of delivery.

• Ensuring that documents are properly filed in accordance with the approved MISS guidelines and Archives Act. • Devising and maintaining classification systems to store records so that they can be easily retrieved. • Undertaking audits of organizational records for ensuring that all records are properly accounted for. • Locating and providing files upon request. • Liaising with units to prepare archiving records and assisting with office inspections for proper office management. • Maintaining archival registers and giving necessary administrative support. • Controlling access to the internal archival storage and assisting in the indexing of documents. • Ad hoc administration support.
