Learning curve

I am always on the road which is one of the things I love most about my job (extensive travel). I train the entire business on different subjects such as problem solving, coaching,performance management etc. I relate with almost everyone I come across within the business. What I have learned the most is how to deal with different levels with regards to people in the organization. The most challenging about the job is probably the spontaneous travel at any time and with regards to training would be the resistance of people adapting to new ways.

Pros: From where i am, the next position manager. Not really a room for growth
Cons: Unexpected travel and long hours

Wonderful learning

Shouted while am busy working make me loose consitration coz i have to consitrate when am operating the machine , threat each other as u want to be threated is very important, make employee feel that they are welcome and feel free to ask the question is very important ; peoole must respect u as a manager not to afraid u ; those things are very important which we are not getting to out company

Learning curve

Premier is 45 hrs a week working with I daily leading and monitoring the activities such as administration regarding invoices, credits and people, warehousing with activities such as inbound, inventory management, picking and loading and distribution which entails transport, fleet management, turnaround time and customer satisfaction. I have learnt working with different cultures and different levels of employees. Daily resolving different challenges being a driver or a picker or customer bringing new challenges and being to come up with ways to resolve these challenges. In logistics or distribution industry what is very challenging is having different issues daily which are not the same as yesterday or day before

Great leadership culture

Great company with a great leadership culture. Company believes and invests in its people. The company is transparent in everything they do. Communication from both sides flows. Company has invested in invocoms which is an amazing tool for cross communication.

Awesome environment to learn and understand L&D role.

Big company, no growth opportunity in l&d. Still learning the L&D space. There is a lot to be done.done. .No LMS and no hope for it in the next 5years.5years.

Cons: Too much travelling
