Excellent for groeth
The FMCG is a very busy place, there's too much pressure at the bakery, I learn something new almost every week. at first the staff wasn't used to having a female working at the maintenance department, was a bit challenging but at the same time pushed me to work hard to prove that females can also do it. Now we get along pretty well. I enjoy Saturdays the most because that's the only days we get to work without pressure and do our planned maintenance,
Pros: great place for learning to work under pressure
Cons: little time to go home, since the off days are only 2'

Ive been doing ......
Ive been doing both electrical and mechanical from 2008 until now my love for engineering started when i was doing design and draughting in electrical wiring, HVAC, Wet services, steam , and building ive manage to get apprenticeship where ive prove myself that everything is possible if one believe after completion of of my starting i started doing wiring and commissioning of solar plants, went to mines where i had my projects of overhead lines, install new equipment on new plant, planning and project management now im in fmcg i have done 3 big project being a head electromechanical artisan

I am a work in progress
I love working with something that makes me think and I like working in a team. I have a passion in becoming an IT Auditor and I love interpreting standards. I like working with customers or clients. At Premier I have learned to live the company values and always put our customers first. When I was at support I learnt to resolve problems that I didn't have background of, technology has a way of making one think.

Excellent learning curve
45 hrs a week with 9 hrs a day. working well with co-workers and leading them on projects learning team dynamics enjoy interacting with customers solving daily challenges

LND is great at this company
This is a great Company to work For, High Performance culture and as long as you are within the forward moving plan you will progress, make no mistake you will get chopped if the market dictates changes and you not use full any more, Loyalty is a problem, you do feel like you part of the family until that is until crunch time. then every man for himself.
Pros: great opportunities for advancement as long as you are deemed still usefull
Cons: The younger Managers buy the culture lifestyle, older generation preaches it, but don't live by it.

Volume and margin driven person
i have got a good relationship with workers because working as a team start by understanding each other to drive the the business values and objectives through invocoms and meetings what i have learnt is that the more we respect each other.the existing business runs well and makes it it easy to spot new opportunities what challenges the most its when we have low volumes and high returns
Pros: I Like challenges because they help you to engage with fellow colleagues
