RELATIONSHIP WITH CO WORKERS IS NOT GOOD AS PEOPLE THINK THEY BELONG HERE ACCORDING TO THE YEARS OF SERVICE PROVIDED.NO PROMOTION AS JOBS ARE SOLD. NEPOTISM HAS TAKEN OVER THE COMPANY.MANAGERS ARE NOT EDUCATED AND THE EDUCATED STAFF ARE JUNIOR EMPLOYEES.

Excellent learning curve
What makes me suitable for this job is my comment. Once I commit I make they to fillful my commitment. I make sure that no client get complaint against us. I posses a good communication skills, hard working and energetic.

It a wait of time to work for this company.
There are no opportunities. I have been in this company for a period of 10 years without any promotion. I didn't learn much. My moral is very low for a person who has went to school just like me.

In this company i have made allot of contacts and also learnt allot relating to the corporate world
in general I've had a very good experience with colleges and management, I've' had the opportunities to learn new skills, be exposed to new principles and practices. challenges I've experienced here is although I've learnt new skills and improved my knowledge of principles I've been keep on the same pay grade and my title has remained unshaped as well as my salary hence why i want to leave and try fresh at a new company.

It was a great learning curve
Prasa being the biggest rail commuter transport it was a great experience I throughly grew within the organisation and was afforded the opportunity to work in the United States of America during my time at prasa I would really recommend it any day.
Pros: Work hours allow you to have a life

Importance of customer excellence
The current company is a great state owned company that encourages employees to respect values such as customer service, Integrity and fairness. I am gratefull to learn public procurement and to identify ways to combat fraud and corruption in this company. I really enjoy people's interaction and company's culture it has the spirit of ubuntu and friendly.

Excellent apprentiveship
We doing maintanance of motor coaches, where duties such as fault finding,power testing were done. I can work with a team and also as individual, and my strongest attributes is working under pressure.

Doing electrical fitter apprentice phase 3
I am currently doing apprentice at Prasa metrorail and I am in phase 3. I would like to get a job as an electrician or a semi skilled electrician somewhere else. I am also in possession of a national diploma electrical engineering but could not a get a technician that is why I decided to become an electrician.
Pros: Intensive experience
Cons: Less chances of employment at the end of training

I spent 8 hours at work and I became busy everyday.
