A typical work day at a call centre industry is working under pressure,being able to adapt,being considerate and understanding different attributes and attitudes Well the relationship I have with my fellow team mates is healthy and fun always laughing and motivating one another to work harder or push for a sales Even get to a point where a person helps you to make a sales I have learnt to minx my own business in a call centre I have also learnt patience and not acting on a situation based on emotions I absolutely enjoy and love being on a call with someone who understands what I am calling them regarding, people who pay attention and ask questions When there are no resources (leads) And being taken for coaching

Pros: Not working on weekends
Cons: Long working hours
