Non applicable reat is greatculture and environment culture and egrwat company and lots of work experience, diverse and hands onronment and the working hours are good, the management is also great and teamwork is lovely

Im a team player, love people because you learn alot, would like be in good environmental atmosphere. I am money hungry willing to earn 5 digits. Willing to reach my weekly and monthly target on a monthly basis.

Opportunity for growth
Manage the call centre Attend to customer complaints Assist employees where necessary If there is a high influx of calls I also take charge and assist their employees with their job. I enjoy communicating with people on a daily basis and building a good relationships.

Excellent learning curve
I mostly enjoy working with new employees.interacting with different people on a monthly bases has though a lot mostly patience and understanding different characters and believes.the only challenge I have is working with experienced trainees.

Love learnings and growing and gaining experience and getting to communicate with many clients.
Enjoy working with the co-workers I have. I learn and grow everyday, love getting to communicate and getting to know customers and helping them. Didn’t know much before I starting working at the campany it has taught and gave me lots of experience, and made me realize I love working and communicate with my clients

Like to learn new challenges
Meeting target for me on a daily basis is important to reach it,people that I work with is good friends and they enjoy my company,meeting new people and new challenges,after meeting our targets we would get to leave early or have something we get after work,when you not meeting your target

Colleagues are helpful I got to work and learn many different technologies Team culture was amazing Management is understanding and listens to the staffs feedback. Each team member is given an opportunity to run lead on a project.

Teamwork
A typical work day at a call centre industry is working under pressure,being able to adapt,being considerate and understanding different attributes and attitudes Well the relationship I have with my fellow team mates is healthy and fun always laughing and motivating one another to work harder or push for a sales Even get to a point where a person helps you to make a sales I have learnt to minx my own business in a call centre I have also learnt patience and not acting on a situation based on emotions I absolutely enjoy and love being on a call with someone who understands what I am calling them regarding, people who pay attention and ask questions When there are no resources (leads) And being taken for coaching

It's fun and challenging, it requires hardwork and endurance to make it. I love it
the company gives you achance to sign your own pay check, it's built on hardcore sales. you need to be a closer to survive and im really enjoying that at the moment
