Good learnin curve
in the company i was a customer service consulatant in the trust department,the sanlam umbrella trust department which deals with pension fund that has now been invested to a trust for minors. i was solving queries,following up on payments daily,allocating the clients documents and claims to their specific accounts so that the administrators will find it easy to make payments. the relationship with coworkers was a good and polite one because we worked in a department wher it was only 8 of us

Scoring opportunity that taught me so much
It’s totally different each day with new tasks and new challenges. You learn each and everyday. It’s rather exciting and interesting Co workers all seem to get along I leant something new everyday and that’s what I enjoyed. The most challenging aspect was to source i foreign countries. Especially the Arab countries where they are very religious

I am passionate about getting things done correct the first time, every time
working in this company taught me lot of things in my role and also working with different people. I have the ability to work efficiently, on my own and as part of a team in a pressurised environment. I’m meticulous and pay attention to detail. I’ve got a great sense of urgency and have a high regards for customer service

I always want to learn something new
When I started I did sales then after a year I was a mentor or second in command (2IC) while still doing sales. I love working with people. Sales can be stressful at times especially when u must meet your target but that's what motivates me more it's wen i see the notification from my bank on pay day that pushes me to be better and be best at what I do.

Learning Curve
Wouldn't work there ever again. mistreatment of people and lack of growth for hardworking individuals. No bonus,no company benefits in place and working hours are not okay for the level of pay

Excellent learning curve
PLP offers a good working environment. I have gained a lot of experience and learned a lot, this where i have learnt a lot about business and this company really set me up in terms of knowledge and management skills. The company provided good opportunities to its employees, I often worked long hours and weekends and I enjoy it

Excellent learning curve
Working at plp is amazing, it can be abit stressful due to making target, there are your ups and downs in a day. The people are Friendly and always motivating one another to do our best and to not ever give up. I have a lovely relationship with my co-workers as we treat each other equally and we super close and we always supporting one another. I learnt that confidence is key and you always have to put your to things and you should always believe that you can achieve anything you want to achieve. I enjoy the vibe at work and how everyone is so motivating.

Eing a better person
I am quite reliable and regular at work with a great attendance track record. I use my communication skills with clients by keenly listening to them, and retaining the information. This serves as valuable feedback for our company in terms of customer satisfaction and performance. I have been time and again appreciated by the clients and managers alike for my excellent time management abilities. I understand the significance of time and respect others time.
