Selling Gym Membership,cold calling,canvassing and turning cold leads in to ales
Canvassing,cold calling,converting cold leads in to sales,selling gym memberships.sourcing my own leads through canvassing and making an appointment for clients to come view our facilities, do needs analysis take the for a tour while explaining how our equipment works,give them a program for the week to help them achieve their goals in the gym.first 5 hours of the day I make appointments and after 12 I go out canvassing to get fresh leada .

No opportunities for growth
We have very long working hours and a very long schedule. No lunch breaks and the pay is not that great. Management is not too strict but they expect the unexpected

Good atmosphere
Great atmosphere. Work one weekend a month 15 hour day on that weekend. Off on the Thursday and Friday. On a normal week I work shifts . Either 5am -13:30 pm , 8am -4pm , 10am to 7pm or 2pm to 10pm.
Pros: Great way to get fit and healthy while working
Cons: Long working hours. No overtime paid, even on a sunday

Excellent learning curve. Encountered great skills and experience.
A typical work day would be interacting with members, doing staff and member overrides and new joined member payments. To grow is to take risks hoping for the best results and just keep trying. Failing is a step closer to winning a great deal. Always smile and be at your best, you never know who's watching. Knowing that tomorrow is another chance given. Always giving my all to everything I do. Angry members who are double debited in 1 month without a clues what the other fees are for.

Great opportunity for learning and great experience
Execellent learning curve, i did sales, instructor, admin, and reception that is why i am called a "Pro" instructor. Working with people is great for me as i had to interact with alot of people and help them out with their personal goals. We worked alot under pressure as the company takes its policy very serious and made sure we give our members a " red carpet experience" always.

Excellent learning curve
Long working hours but good relationship with Co. Members are touch and go as some of them are moody or plain rude. Sometimes it's very quiet and you have to find things to occupy yourselfworkers

Fantastic training
Great company, growing on very larger scale, good customer care but staff members are taken for granted. Unfair/unequal salary payments and promotions.

Excellent learning growth
opening office starting systems attending to members collections of arrears member clients opening profile of member to assist them on their accounts or any update breaking down of account statements answering calls multi tasking when alone at reception keeping reception in order building relations with loyal clients always making member feel welcome at all times (HOMELY FEELING)

Planet fitness is a great company to work for because of the vibe and atmosphere that is always present. All staff members do what they can can to implore the company standards .
