My typical work days are fascinating simply because the environment isnt healthy but i still make sure i have myself a productive day at the end of the day. My relationship with my co-workers is extremely out of this world simply because i always make sure that i leave a smile on each and everyones face. They ragard me as their mood changer,beacause i am their happy place. I have learnt that a workplace is my second home, therefore I need to stay a happy soul I am and of course I learnt a lot about team work and all obstacles that comes in handy with it. The most challenging aspects of this current job is having to be polite and calm with members who just come through and insult you for doing what you were being taught and having to feel like a total loser because nobody has your back. What is enjoy most is having a physical interaction with different people and obviously getting to know them.

Learn to deal with customers
You interact with the different people everyday. Each day is different levels. You cannot expect what will happen the next day. Either good or bad. At the moment there's too much of a staff turnover and it's getting stressful dealing with new managers every four months

Good Experience gained
Great Sales Experience gained, leadership qaulities learned and how to assist people to grow within the fitness Industry. Gave me the opportunity to implement my own culture within a team and make sure that expectations are exceeded.

Good organization to grow
Great environment to work at.... Meeting new people. Experiencing new things. Doing what you enjoying everyday and new challenges. I have extensive experience in the industry having been working Receptionist and administration for seven years.I have developed through experience and practical training in the industry. I have the passion and I am very creative. I am now looking to grow my talent and venture in other companies, gain more experience while being of great service and being an excellent asset for the company I will be working for. I always wanted to be part of a progressive company where my hard work and enthusiasm can earn the company a status of excellence. I will appreciate if I could be given an opportunity to learn more while providing the company the great service to its clients and owners.

Amazing Learning Curve - time to grow within my career
What a great Company to work for, I have learnt so much from colleauges as well as the managers that increased my knowledge to a broader extend. I have enjoyed my time at the company and still do, I have started a family in between the years I have worked for them and feel that I need a more stable and secure career at the moment where I can have weekends to spend with the family. I have learnt a few skills from them that strengthend me as a person as well, such as the ability to work under pressure, determination, people skills, leadership, conflict resolution and much more. I am grateful that I was part of such an active company that has always been there for me, now is the time to grow into the potential I know I have. I look forward to a successful career ahead of me.

Interesting
The company as a whole is okay, however there is no room for growth in the company. They use you e.g. Ask you to do things you are not qualified to do yet. You are expected to do more, but there is no reward or recognition.

Excellent learning curve
This is an awesome opportunity in the working industry within the field I studied but I need a permanent job where I can grow and settle at. I cover the following tasks and duties In Reception: Provide a warm and friendly welcome Tagging members in to access the gym Assist with payments from members Updating members with new information Handling queries Receiving incoming and make phonecalls. In Admin: Banking Figures (allocations to sales and the club etc) Filing Scanning and uploading Sending emails Compliance checks

Wonderfull Health and fitness
I really enjoy working at Planet Fitness. When entering the facility, the warm and friendly welcome you get by reception staff to floor staff just make you enjoy your day. The sales team always friendly to admin manager, no matter how much pressure they under they control it. I have learnt so much at the company most importantly that team work is important ONE PLANET ONE TEAM. Most challenging aspect of the job I'll say is the difficult customers we had to deal with, but with listening, eye contact and trying to help as far as your knowledge you can have a happy customer at the end of the day.
