Need growth

Been In the fmcg for over five years now and I have learned a lot in the trade how to solve challenges and difficult issues, I have dealt with difficult customer who in the end I ended up have a great relationship with and have help me grow in their stores for my clients because there is nothing. Ore important then a good relationship between a rep and customer. I have worked under huge pressure so pressure am used to and need in order for me to do my work. My strengths are also my weaknesses because am a work ahloc and tend to put more time to my work I have work in corporate environment and bottom end industry I have learned to sell in all LSM areas

Iv got more experince from the campuny

iv learnd more in pfm it hase toke me from zero level to the level that am in now.and am a person who is willing to work hard.am a person whos working with people a person who like facing challengese and find solution

We don't even have bonuses

We buy our own uniform, nothing is for free we buy everything and they take from our salary..... the are no bonuses it doesn't matter how many years you been there... I work inside the fridge frozen and chilla but I earn the same salary with with some who doesn't in any fridge.

A learn a lot about customer s needs

The time I worked at PFM I learn a lot about customer s needs and how to treat them.The people I was working with where good at showing me ropes as I wa new to the company..What was challenging was that I had to helpful to customer even when I was new because customer doesn't know the And tha salary was challenging as it was little..I enjoyed mostly helping customer

How I have grown

Working for PFM is very fast paced, deadline driven industry. I have learned to work quickly and yet make the minimal mistakes and I try to make deadlines as fast as possible. I am very organised and a quick learner. I always try and have a system when I come to work. First check emails, see whats the more important work to do and plan my day from there. Everything is about planning and getting all the work done before the end of the day.

Pros: Learning to work under pressure and reaching deadlines in time
Cons: Working from home time to time

Better life

It's not a bad job but just that the company doesn't pay enough and their are no benefits and bonuses u just work and work Then from my side I just need a better job to take a good care of my two kids and give them a better life

Cons: Yes extra hours
