The most thing I have learn in life
I work long hours everyday ,i work Monday to Sunday i only have a day off during the week one day .day dont pay overtime .my relationship with co_workers is very good we a like family we respect each other and we do things together as a team.I have learn that if you a at work you have to respect everyone and treat them equally in that way you will have a long relationship with them and another thing communication is very good.also have to remember that at work I'm not there to make friends I'm there to work .I enjoy having people arround me all the time .the most challenging time is when we start fighting for space that is the most boring part because some people they end up not talking to each ather wich is wrong because the mananger are not there and they don't even have a problem with that.
Pros: The is no promotion no matter how hard you work

Been out of the FMCG market but PFM gave me a head start in the trade again.
I've been out of the FMCG market for eight years when I was with the Samsung account and was reintroduced to the trade by PFM who gave me an opportunity to work as a reliever for 4 months. It was wonderful to be able to sell again. I love the negotiation and closing of sales. Hours were great and working conditions as well.
Pros: Great opportunity to get back into the sales and marketing field again.
Cons: Salary was a bit on the low side.

High growth opportunities
i have been working for the company for a year and they have managed to sogn big accounts from different counterparts.I think their winning edge comes from the fact that there are not expensive,but effective.

Need growth
Been In the fmcg for over five years now and I have learned a lot in the trade how to solve challenges and difficult issues, I have dealt with difficult customer who in the end I ended up have a great relationship with and have help me grow in their stores for my clients because there is nothing. Ore important then a good relationship between a rep and customer. I have worked under huge pressure so pressure am used to and need in order for me to do my work. My strengths are also my weaknesses because am a work ahloc and tend to put more time to my work I have work in corporate environment and bottom end industry I have learned to sell in all LSM areas

iv learnd more in pfm it hase toke me from zero level to the level that am in now.and am a person who is willing to work hard.am a person whos working with people a person who like facing challengese and find solution

We don't even have bonuses
We buy our own uniform, nothing is for free we buy everything and they take from our salary..... the are no bonuses it doesn't matter how many years you been there... I work inside the fridge frozen and chilla but I earn the same salary with with some who doesn't in any fridge.

A learn a lot about customer s needs
The time I worked at PFM I learn a lot about customer s needs and how to treat them.The people I was working with where good at showing me ropes as I wa new to the company..What was challenging was that I had to helpful to customer even when I was new because customer doesn't know the And tha salary was challenging as it was little..I enjoyed mostly helping customer
