Not leaning enough, bored half the time

I actually have work to do 3 times a week a most and I am done by lunch. Co-workers friendly but pretenious, no team building or any of he likes. I've learnt internal low-level recruitment. I enjoy .....I can't think of anything. Waking up in the morning to do nothing the whole day.

Pros: Close to home
Cons: Early mornings and zero women in executive positions

Good learning curve

best experience and learning curve good for staters no growth for black graduates white males still dominate senior positions only one female on senior management people in the departments over looked

Good , understandthe process well enough

I understand the electrical aspect of things , stand-in for employees when they are absent. Have been to a lot of trainings to upskill myself. Work well with my colleagues , a team player , always willing to learn and help where needed. Service , maintain and Installations .

Pros: Good chances of being a team leader
Cons: No paid as much

Good Learning curve

There's no growth at all especially in the Quality department, you don't get promoted based on hard work & dedication you get promoted because of favoritism, theres no structure or transparency. If disagree with the management you will be targeted you will be fired in no time. My relationship with my Co workers was great a lot of team work & motivation. I learned the art of team work

Excellent learning curve

It's very nice working there-- every morning you wake up , you literally can't wait to get there. Healthy environment to work in, the employees the managers makes you want to work everyday. There is growth, they invest alot in training their employees in order for them to excel in what they do.

Cons: Alot of pressure
