training Administrator a the tarining Department

I work to the best of my ability am currently working at the training department assisting in many projects , I am looking for a job and to gain more knowledge and experience in the industry.i have learnt a lot at PFG its one of the leading glass manufacturing company in south Africa, I love working with people as I was doing facilitation I always meet new people. The most challenging part of my job was to sit in a disciplinary hearing having to discipline certain people. I enjoy recruitment process more than anything.

Pros: i think promotions come with the experince you carry within the company the knowledge counts alot

Excellent learning experince in Data analysis.

I am working 9 hours a day for 5 days a week. I have learn so much about data analysis and data capturing. I have learnt how to do audits and investigate incidences. I have a great relationship with my colleague's. I am team player so it was not difficult for me to work with other people. I really enjoyed the kind exposure it gave me. I was able to make a presentation with my team in front of the executives of the company. That really challenged me but I enjoyed it.

Learning opportunities are there to help workers improve their working skills

i'm Mvulane M Mnguni have passion nd will to learn more nd have more skills on upgrading myself to the high level of education and i have deference qualifications nd experience in deference campany in logistics i have stock clerk nd knowledge o SAP . also have overhard crane which have max of 5000 kg whith an experience of loading nd offloading trucks nd pallet .also have forklift experience of stekking of pallet nd loading and offloading truks

Fascinating processes however bad treatment from superiors

common feeling from any other workplace, but whites are better prefered over other races as far as higher positions are concern. culture been destroyed since team building is no longer entertained, lower level occupants feels they are being underpaid hence rates per hour isn't disclosed to them.

Im the person who likes to learn different things

current im working 12 hours a day four days a week and im working under pressure every day .my co-workers we like family ,we do our work as team always.the experience i have learn at my current job it is so wonderful and im very happy about it from safety level to working level .i enjoy working as a quality controller a lot .

Good work exposure training

Attend morning meetings on daily basis giving feedback on production yeilds and losses.Respond to customer complains,help manage employees assist with production planning.

Pros: Possibility of being employed permanent after completion of 3 years working experience
Cons: Working hard,always punctual and Respond to customers fast

It's a good company

PFG building glass is a big company that manufacturers a glass in Africa it has so many plant and we working shifts. I started working at PFG since 2014 February till now. The reason I wanna leave is because I wanna use my experience somewhere else and I wanna further my career and learn something new to gain more experience

Pros: Great opportunity and but no promotion
Cons: We working 12hrs including night shift
