Good place to be at
I have learnt a lot since I joined the company, It is a good place to work at and the environment is marvelous. My team is the best team ever, we help each other where we need help. We do face some challenges as a team sometimes, but we do asdist each other to overcome those challenges.

Good company with a good working environment
PepsiCo is a good company, where I am working at different sub department I have been at account receivable, where I was doing claims, matching invoices and credit notes, receiving the remittances from our customers and BRS. So now I am at accounts payable where I am busy with processing, capturing, BRS etc. I have good relationship with my co-working where the vibe is lit. I have learnt a lot from my co-workers, like life style inside the company and life style outside the company. what I am enjoying at company is that we help each when someone is facing some difficulties. Since it is fmcg there is a lot of work to be done that the challenge we facing with.
Pros: i am working 8 hours per day
Cons: it depend on the work,if i have more i must work long hours

Working at Pepsico
A fast paced environment with a lot of potential. A lot of interaction between employees. I was loved by all that I worked with. I worked with all types of employees including directors on a regular basis. I did weekly visits to the plant to assist in HR related matters.

Lolong hours of overtime, sometimes forced. Hard work done without recognition and low salariesng working hours because of overtime, hard labor with small salaryng

Excellent dynamics and diversity
