LEARNED A LOT

I love working with people and making friends in the work place. It makes your day so much better to get along with people you work with. I work shifts and weekends at the moment and I dont have a lot of spare time.

Pros: Learned a lot about myself and that I can work under pressure

I have learned alot while working there.

A typical working day would be firstly checking any errors in the forms making sure it's accurate.then start capturing.I enjoyed my job because I learned something new everyday.each day a diffrent form or sometimes the same but that's how you learn.i got along very well with my team members.challenging about it you had to capture atleast 9 forms per hour and sometimes when you don't understand a form you had to call the team leader or analyst to help and they had to help everyone first before coming to you and also had to work shifts.each week a diffrent shift.

Pros: It was great opportunity for promotion
Cons: The shifts was very tiring

Great institution for learning purpose

My typical day at work would be that everyday comes with its challenges either good or bad but most of the time it would be the good ones, being able to know that you are one of many employees out there saving lives is one honorable part of the job. Working with pathcare has been a great learning curb regarding patient care and confidentiality. It is a great opportunity to lay a foundation of mutual respect and trust between co workers as well as managers.

Excellent learning curve

A great sense of hard work resulting in me working to the best of my ability. Require focus and discipline. Excellent work ethics in result. Best customer service that allows me to be flexable and diverse.

Great learning

i ii enjoy learning and working in my team. enjoy woreat learning.. wonderful colleagues, I Great learning.. wonderful colleagues, I enjoy g. management can learn to listen more. but otherwise all is ok.. learning is encouraged

Grew in the field that im in

I start work at 8 and leave at 5 . The environment is pleasant and i have a good relationship with colleagues. I would like to grow and pursue greener pastures. I enjoy mostly the technical side of my job like the loading of efts . It does get challenging but i am always committed to giving my utmost best.

It was a new learning curve

great company for growth,but it stops at a certain point and then you stagnate.i work well with the staff bt majority is younger generation,luckily I have teenagers so I can relate

No family time

A typical work day is 10 hours long where mostly you dont get a launch break but for me thats not an issue. Get along great with my co workers. Our family time are being taken away with the constant roster changers thats almost weekly.

Pros: Get transport to and from work
Cons: Shifts change almost on a weekly basis and can never make plans with family coz of it
