I have gained a lot of experiance

Stock handled as a stock controller and factory shop controller I am currently responsible for the DC UHT department, stock rotation of all UHT, Cheese and Fresh short dated stock and damages, Trade Returns, and Supply and Invoicing of stock to the Factory Shop and external X-Dock Distribution Centres. I am also currently responsible for the Ice Cream Warehouse (Inbound and Outbound) and Export invoicing for Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Orbit Africa and Llandt Export At the factory shop we use the Trader System and BPCs and both systems need to be in sync and correspond (balance)

Pros: The company gives everyone opportunities to grow through promotions

I AM VERY HUMBLE AND HARDWORKING PERSON- I HAVE THE SKILLS TO EVEN LEAD THE STUFF THE COMPANY HAS EVEN TO ME TO SUPERVISION TRIAINING. I HAVE ALSO OBTAIN COMPETEND TO DRIVE FORKLIFT YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY IF THE OPERATOR IS NOT IN I WILL FULFILL IN.

Excellent working environment

It was a great opportunity for working at Parmalat, they recognize hard working individuals. Management treat the imployees equally, awards ceremony quotarly. Room for growth always open. Was like working at a family business we get along so well. Working hours is flexible. I have learn to work independently meet deadlines. To be a team player.

First job

Working in a dairy is very difficult, long hours, working weekend and public holidays. I am grateful to work in such condition because it motivates me to work harder and I noticed I am much stronger than I was before.

Able to learn more am fast learner

I worked at checkers from 2012 an til 2018 I started as general staff then they promote me late 2012 for perishable controller then promote me in 2013 for assistant manager in 2018 parmalat manager saw my performance then she approach me and ask to join them then I resign from checkers and join parmalat for field marketer antil now I want to use my qualifications because all the company I worked before they took me as a hard worker but didn't consider my Qualifications thanks

Im a excellent learner and work well with others

Good Day I am currently working at Parmalat Durban in reconciliation; i have a bookkeeping certificate from Varsity College and currently studying Financial Accounting through Intec College, but am doing ICB examinations. I have also competed and have passed my bookkeeping and trial balance, as well as completed my monthly SARS and payroll exam, Business Literacy and waiting for my results .Im am also in the process of writing Computerised Bookkeeping (Pastel program) , there after I shall be a junior bookkeeper. After completing the rest of my subjects by the end of next year I shall be completed my full course. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks

Excellent learning curve

Our company has an awesome work ethic and culture. Very fast and extremely analytical however overly transparent regarding financial status and tracking. One definitely learns to operate as an entrepreneur I. This space by managing a part of the business as your own.

Working hard with smart and ambitious colleagues who you will want to hang around with.

My current job as an Lab Analyst is to do chemical test tests for all the plant production for both raw and final products. Record all data and report non conformance to the lab coordinator. I work in a four section lab but in one big lab room so it easy to learn a little bit of everyone jobs. We work as a team.

Pros: Helping one another
Cons: Growth is very limited and we have to work 45 hours per week. Over time is compulsory.

Good industry experience and learning curve

I am currently working in a dairy industry as a laboratory analyst which covers the chemistry and microbiological analysis I am motivated to engage in additional tasks as well as wanting to develop and grow through on-the-job and build positive relationships with my colleagues. Having a good relationship with my colleagues is one of the important aspects, as it is my second home away from home where I spend most of my life. I now know what the industry is like for example work ethics. I enjoy challenges as it stimulates the brain and as a results u gain more experience. At the moment I am looking for a new experience to help build my career and profile
