Growth at Parmalat
Working for the company has been great for my career growth, I managed to acquire a lot of knowledge and skill which will boots my future prospects. Starting off as a gradate, while performing the function of a Safety Officer has been challenging but it was very much beneficial for my career.
Pros: I was able to learn alot which will be a great boost for my career in the near future
Cons: being spread thin overseening three sites while I am only a gradute trainee

Am decipline and a team leam leader , time keeing is my wife
working at parmalat has become a family to me and I will never say am not happy , is simple because I want to grow and the people I work with are marvelous my boss is the best boss ever . the most challenging aspects I have came across was when my fellow employee was once on leave and there was no one to replace his duties- I have to fill in and do both duties and guess what I nailed it even though I was not going on lunch,,,, the problem I have is to never fail in all the way

Good company to work for
Need to develop young people instead of keeping pensioners. Growth in the engineering department is very much limited however production does give people growth.

A fast pace, high energy learning experience for me
My journey at Parmalat has taught me so much in a really short space of time. I am ever grateful for the exposure and thankful for my ability to catch on quickly as one would imagine working in a fast paced environment would require the ability to learn very quickly. The staff and my colleagues have been a great tool in terms of helping me understand my new environment, working together as team at times has made somewhat tricky situations a lot easier. since this factory runs 24/7/365 I have trained my mind to always be ready to face a new challenges and put in the extra effort needed to make things work, this has shown me that with responsibility comes many challenges and a lot of commitment. There is no typical day in this industry, however one guarantee we do have is that it's sure going to be a new lesson and learning curve. I look forward to a new set of challenges.?

It was a good experience working for parmalat. I learned a lot.
It was a face to face services with different types of customers. Helping customers in choosing the right brand and reccomend some of our products. Ordering g of stock and sending back the returns. Making sure that the stock was up to date. I learned a lot from my co- workers sharing ideas on how to up our sales on point of sales. My biggest achievement was to reduce my returns to 0.1%. Packing my stock in display was what I enjoyed most as it was always up to date. You wouldn't miss a thing. Looking at our products you will immediately want to try some new products.

Good communication and good driver no accident
I was working as a truck delivered driver with no accident ,clean crimiral record ,working day and nite shift areas around durban and long distance areas ,i was able to solve workers challeging in my previous job work as a supervisor ,what i enjoy most is to solve challeging professional way and contact my supervisor to report if i face challenging that need my supervisor to advice .an i am Responsible driver who was able to check the orders that are correct before i leave .

Need more Learning Opportunities and Growth
My typical working day would start with me checking on previous days paperwork any filing from the previous day I would do the next morning so that my filing never gets behind. after sorting out all previous days work i then do that morning work setting out time for differnt tasks at hand i would then help co-workers with anything they need help with I've leant how to reconcile Chep as our plant deals with Chep on daily basis there isn't any challanging aspects at this moment about my job as I always try my best to train myself with things i find challenging to master it

Expertise in my feild
Daily I'm passionate when going to work in my field of expertise. When I arrive at work daily, I meet with my fellow employees and subordinates which I spend most of my time. We normally have open conversation, but when it comes to work, I stay focus. Daily I want to deliver good performance and effiencies within my team and achieve good results. The most biggest challenge that i had is when i can't get to a root cuase to a problem that effected the production lines. The other challenge is clear communication in the workplace.
