Opportunity to join pack n stack,was a great learning experience,comming from the wholesale industry into the fmcg group.i have learned how to communicate,and listen,to people.i have learned a lot about sales in the wholesale,and retail sector.

I lean more

When I start their I have no Esperance with retail. They trained me accurate. I leant a lot about sales ,orders,good strategy of working with customers.how yo communicate and behavior in work place.to be honesty pack an stack company is the reason why I take Business management at the first time.

Pros: Yes I Start as a merchandiser and get promoted as afield marketer

Excellent

To work the is good but it depend on the area you are working for. I have learn a lot from my work, of how to deal with people and build a relationship with them. The most thing I enjoy the most is the competition of who can make more sales.The most challenging thing is when you must work in two different shops everyday. Mkhize

Learning

Increase of salary to their employees,not threaten their employees and at atleast gives them 1day off in a month..So far its a very good company that only works for those who have long service in the company

No excellent lurking curve

Relationship with co-workers is good but the leadership is not up to standard, there s no motivation in the leadership,no plans in place ,I cannot plan my day properly , leadership does not know what the task is ,client represented also does not up to standard.

The working environment is good and the people too but I'm looking for something better

Good I looking for a new start out of the retail environment so I'm like 5-8 in the trade and I know as porter I would to better not just in myself but in my job aswell

Experiance

At my company i work with differant merchandisers and our duty is to pack the retailers shelves full and remove expired stock from shelves.i have a good relationship with my co-workers.i have learnt a lot in this industry.i enjoy doing orders of stock.are to update all shelves labels and to correct the stock accounts on a daily basis.

Pros: no promotions
Cons: working 7 days a week

You got to experience more kind of beers and their tasting.

Pack n Stack is a company that Merchandise for SAB. What I have learnt is how you have to market your brand and how you have to show it to people that it's different from other beers.being a team leader thought me how to work with people in different characters.the challenging part of is whereby you have to know how all this beers taste.but I'm enjoying working there because it's a day job no shifts.

Pros: The promotions a very rare.
Cons: No long working hours.

So much work bt good expirience

So much of work and less salary, but great expirience. Friendly co-workers. I have learned to cope with work as an individual as well as team. I enjoy it when my work is being recognised and reaching the target on sales. The challenging aspect is Salary there are no monthly incensive

The company is very big and has a lot of potential workers and management. It is a very big company that deals with different companies of different suppliers to make their products easier and more market share to help the market share to grow he company is very strickl
