A merchandising job consists of 8 hours of work per day wit two days off during the week. You get to interact with coworkers and share ideas on how to improve on selling your products and I’ve learnt how customers prefer their products and what they like most and automatically enjoy listening to their viewpoints as well as how to be different from our competitors. The most challenging aspect ya the job ya when you have to deal with stock that gets rejected by the store, it’s really irritating especially when it’s one of your fast lines

Good worker who achieve and reach sales before time
I'm good worker I like my job. Who reach target before time Who pefert by building stagers,ending,stand and power wings If shop don't have enough space negotiate space and maybe create cutcases My job are always perfect. Co-workers always like my job but dont want to give position...always promising. I've learned too much things eg to be as a sales man. Negotiating space and building stands or others Co-workers or managers who takes long time to come to vist my shops.

Good learning curve
I do more than the job I was employed to do, like making returns,making orders and work unpaid Sundays which is not part of my contract with them. I have excellent communication with my co-workers and store managers.

Know how to Sell
I have strong relationships with my clients -I've learned that the Honesty is key. Stretching the truth about your products or services in any way can seriously hinder your reputation. If you can be honest and realistic about any services that your business cannot provide, customers will appreciate this and a foundation for a lasting relationship can develop. -I enjoy working with my Co- workers because we are a team. Together everyone achieves more. -My daily routine is to visit my trades and to make sure that all of the shops are satisfied with the Merchandiser's work and the promotions are implemented.

Excellent learning curve
TIts athe company doea have opportunity but it depends on who u are n who you know. It doesnt pay well whn you working on tbe field but when you have a higher position you getbetter incomegood starting point must musnt be on comfort zone

It was a great journey. I learn how to deal with different people. I learn how to solve issues. I learn how to couch the team. I learn how to maintain customer service.

Working with people.
This company taught me a lot I didn’t know about retail,taught how to treat each n one differently .it showed the kind of potential I have with working people,used to think I’m shy buh the company proved me otherwise

You got to experience more kind of beers and their tasting.
Pack n Stack is a company that Merchandise for SAB. What I have learnt is how you have to market your brand and how you have to show it to people that it's different from other beers.being a team leader thought me how to work with people in different characters.the challenging part of is whereby you have to know how all this beers taste.but I'm enjoying working there because it's a day job no shifts.

Gaining Experience and knowing the retail field more.
Working as a merchandiser you remove that mind of you working for your "company" mostly its differ from store and their management. We do everything female or male from pulling the roller cage and carrying heavy stuff. But my day to day basics it packing the stock making sure that the don't became empty by an means possible . your layout should always be in order and your shelf should always be clean . never mind how the store is big or small but you need to dlfight and get big space for the brand you working for.
Pros: Learning customers behave because they don't promote at Pack n Stack instead they threaten to fire you
Cons: No off days only Sunday and mostly it shot
