During our pandemic we work from home

N/good working environment however there is not much growth in the company, ive been an assistant manager for 2 years and never given the opportunity to become a team leader a

Pros: Having the ability to earn extra money and overtime is always offered
Cons: Long working hours, sometimes we get scheduled overtime to work on a sunday if we working 6 days a week and do get issued with a warning if staff don't come to work on a scheduled Sunday

Great management

I enjoyed working there the people are nice the company super nice as well as very fair and very fun working there. Also enjoyed the team building session aswell.i had an amazing time working/playing there.

Great learning expirience

I've worked at Outworx for about 2 years. Must say its an anazing place to work at. Ive learnt how to deal with happy and unhappy customers and clients. Beautiful working environment. I've learnt to work with people that I might not personally like. Ive learnt to understand that we are at work and we are here to achieve one common goal.

Pros: Great earning potential
Cons: Very little room for growth

GENERAL I am a responsible individual who works well within a team as well as functioning efficiently on my own. I consider myself to be organized and a methodical worker who prides my-self on presentation and client satisfaction. I am an enthusiastic learner who goes beyond the call of duty to ensure all tasks allocated to me are executed at the highest standard possible.

Great working place.

The company is very structured with the opportunity to rise up within. The team leaders are very motivating and encouraging. You work on public holidays but the added bonus is that you receive double pay on those days. There are no extra benefits, no medical aid, no paid maternity etc

It was one of the worst places i have ever worked

The environment there is really not good even though o enjoy working with some people but people steal other people's belongings and that's not cool What i learnt there is that never buy what people always say because sometimes it becomes too good to be true. People can be really deceiving even companies to,only believe when you have seen something ,not what you only heard. What i enjoyed was converting numbers and making something out of myself,Sales is challenging but once you get a hang of it, you start enjoying it

Excellent learning curve and mind opener.

Working at Outworx was fun as the hours were not bad. The only problem with the work was the time span given to copy writers as work would come in late in the afternoon, just before we have to leave and it would be due for lunch the next day, meaning we would have to stay after hours until 10pm or sometimes even later (our shift ended at 6pm).

Pros: Great working hours
Cons: Timing and period given to complete workload was too short.

I'd like to work for a con

I would like to work at a company where there is growing signals growth . I've learnt alot based on how to sell . I know how to probe fact find , build repore and close a sale . Aswell as overcoming hesitation . Selling wasn't hard because we had the opportunity to go to training
