Leans too much on policy rather than reason.
Been working there for a while and it's a good place. Employees are provided with kitchens and coffee. Also got Mtv for entertainment. Working from home is also great. Often there are unrealistic expectations that management admits are unrealistic given the situation but you're still expected to meet them. It's sad to see legit reasons dismissed because they are not in line with policy as well. Overall great, but could do with more understanding.

Amazing to get an understanding of the job
The typical work day is very busy, a lot of deadlines, meetings and consultations. My colleagues are very kind, very helpful and accommodating. I have learnt a lot at this company, especially understanding the various personalities and I've grown to enjoy advising, as it helps me explain the basic employment rules to many people who do not understand them. I think the most challenging aspect for me are the working hours, as we're sometimes required to work at night and on weekends.

I'd like to work for a con
I would like to work at a company where there is growing signals growth . I've learnt alot based on how to sell . I know how to probe fact find , build repore and close a sale . Aswell as overcoming hesitation . Selling wasn't hard because we had the opportunity to go to training

Great place and job with slight flaws.
My colleagues are amazing people. The job has united me with relatively like-minded thinkers, which I really appreciate. Our salary is really acceptable and our work is fantastic most of the time. I find communication from management quite lacking however. Some rules seem ridiculous. The hours are too long. Other than that it's great.

Good learning curve
I love the experience great place to be in. A typical work day would be to sit down with your work load and have loads of fun while doing it,the targets are easily met,the staff always wrk in a tea I have learnt a lot of responsibility and accountability in this place,i've learnt to be a peoples person always looking for growth.

Excellent learning curve
Very good very good company to work with. Enjoyed the Compliance department and the entire audit experience. I am happy to have been a part of the company for more than 2 years and I look forward to expanding my knowledge in the field of Accounting and Auditing and Compliance.
